Absolutely wonderful experience with Pawrade from the beginning to the end. Puppy came clean and healthy. The transporter was in contact with me throughout the entire trip from Missouri to my front door. Our pup has adjusted well in the 2 days of having her.
Working with the team at Pawrade was fantastic!! All communication was prompt and accurate throughout the process. They were very gracious with various scheduling issues and accommodated us as best as possible!! We already love our new baby Rosie!

I was very impressed with the way Pawrade handle the whole adoption process. They help me with all the Necessary steps to make the adoption go through very easily.
We were so excited to get our new puppy and he is acclimating to his environment very well. I was so excited to have the option where the breeder flew him here to me in my city. The team was all very nice and accommodating. My only feedback was the delay in communication from after I purchased the puppy leading up to the actual arrival of the puppy. I seemed to have to reach out and get delayed responses in terms of pick up details.
I could have not been happier to receive my little Nitro. We have bonded very well, and he loves his older brother Scooby who is 13 The best thing I could have done for me and Scooby. He will be loved and very well taken care of forever in this home. My babies get nothing but first-class treatment. Thank You Again for everything Randy, Scooby & Nitro
This experience was really stressful for me as it was near the holidays. Regarding constructive feedback, I would recommend communicating the actual travel arrangements once monies have been paid. Since not an everyday type of purchase that is made, it would have been comforting to know a high level expectation for travel and/or timelines. Understand during holidays would be some delays, but felt not much communication after payment rcvd. Would have flown to pick him up myself & /or drove. Wasn't aware designated transporters utilized and/or how puppy going to arrive. Didn't receive any info on travel or attempt to coordinate times. Transporting puppy via vehicle vs plane could make sense if direct route, but feel cruel to be stuck in car 4 days vs 9 hours. Should have alternative modes of transport or given options. Travel always changing days/times. Transporter AWESOME, responded promptly & w/pics. Was apprehensive about this being a scam all the way till end.
Wonderful experience overall! The staff was very professional. They consistently kept me informed about my fur baby and the process on getting him home to me safely. The transporters are very caring and kept open lines of communication/ pictures- on the progress of my fur baby during the trip home. I highly recommend this company .

Sweet Potato
My husband and I just received our Shih Tzu "Sweet Potato" on Saturday, we changed his name to Oliver. Pawrade was amazing to work with! Of course we were a little skeptical at first, there's so many scams out there, Pawrade is legit! Everyone was very polite, nice, courteous , helpful, and professional. We could not be more happy with everyone involved in getting us our fur baby to his forever home! He was healthy and happy. Fit right in within 5 minutes of him being here. Big thank you to all of you!!

Puppy is not a shihtzu. He is a large puppy that weighs 11 lbs already. He has no features of a shihtzu. There is a dispute over weather shots we're given.
Finding a puppy on pawrade was relatively easy. The tricky part was getting consistent follow up or feedback on what to expect and when. It was the holidays and I know that time of year can be dicey, but I was the one consistently asking when and what was happening. When I reserved my puppy, the idea was to have a flight nanny bring him from Texas to Washington, however, none could be located so I ended up making the trip myself. It wasn't ideal but after everything, it turned out fine and our puppy is amazing. He is well bred, cuddly, smart, affectionate and will make a great family pet. We are already in love!
I cannot say enough good things about this entire process. From the day I chose Boo Bear (now Sable) until the moment she was delivered to our door everything has been so smooth. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for the perfect puppy. Thank you so much!

We are in love with our Shih Tzu Rudy! Overall it was a great experience. Our only complaint would be the lack of communication during her transport. What we were originally told was different than what actually happened. The folks who we worked with were very kind and the ease of information regarding the process with Pet Pay and what was needed throughout was very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade.

We had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Pawrade. From the beginning working with Paul, then Kayce, and Joselyn. I had a number of questions and concerns about the whole process. They helped me through it all. We have the most adorable little fluff ball Rocky, now known as Brody. If anyone has any doubts don't. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone.

From the moment I saw a clip on their website of Sugar (now Arya) playing outside, I knew that I needed to add her to my household. Admittedly I was very skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, a sentiment I am sure most first time customers would share, but the transparent process, helpful Pawrade employees and excellent couriers from Puzzle Piece Carriers, ensured that I was involved and informed every step of the way. Arya made it safely from Missouri to New Jersey in two days and it's been a fun adventure ever since! I would definitely reuse Pawrade!
Staff members are outstanding. What spoiled it was the routing of the carrier. Instead of sending her from Missouri to Florida they sent her from Missouri to Buffalo New York then to Arcadia. That is far too long
Process rather drawn out. But I love my baby.
Overall good. The dog is here and he seems healthy and ate a little bit. He did have some diarrhea. He's going to the vet tomorrow for his checkup. I also have his paperwork, so that's good.

Had a problem that was promptly taken care of with a pup that had died. Berkley (now Bentley) is a wonderful replacement.
