I am upset that I got a puppy took her to vet for first visit and was informed the puppy had surgery. This should have been disclosed before hand to me so I could make a informed purchase was shocked to learn....

Darcy, your puppy had a tiny hernia repaired via surgery by your breeder. It was a simple procedure that in no way shape or form affects her now or in the future. We do apologize this information was not presented to you, however we want to reassure you that your puppy is absolutely happy & healthy!

The contractual purchase of my puppy was great, and I already love and adore my new puppy! Would be a five-star rating but for the gruff delivery service. He rushed through the hand-off without giving us time to examine the dog, nor did he offer any information on how well the puppy tolerated the travel. As soon as he snapped a photo and I got the transfer of ownership signed, he was off before the ink dried. I realize he had other dogs to deliver, but I was disappointed that he showed no care or gentleness towards the puppy. Pampered delivery?

We bought a puppy from pawrade in December 2021. First of all, he's adorable and we love him. However, we were told he's purebred shih tzu, which is not true. He's a mix of shih tzu/poodle or shih tzu/maltese/bichon or shih tzu with another breed. Also, I see how pawrade shows they don't support puppy mills but i have a doubt Mozart (our puppy) might be from a breeder who's doing just that. His vet told us his vaccines (specifically Rabies) were administered too early so we needed to redo some vaccines (which is not an issue). The vet told us a lot of puppy mills do that since they're around lots of other dogs. The breeder doesn't have a business name, all papers just have the owner's name. I am not sure if they're legit breeders, or how I can find that out? I was given a name and phone number, which I couldn't find online that is related to a business. The breeder never sent his rabies vaccine chip (we got the new one from his current vet), his microchip info and his registration.

Kanchan, your puppy is registered as a purebred Shih Tzu and we have provided the registration papers to you. A puppy cannot be registered as a purebred if the parents are not in fact 100% Shih Tzu. He is not a mix of any other breed. Your puppy came from a wonderful small breeder that we work closely with and is by no means a puppy mill. Not all breeders have kennel names and websites and simply have a few litters a year. Thank you for putting your trust in Pawrade and we are glad to know your puppy is happy & healthy.

The process was great. The driver was nice. The only thing was that Hunter came to me with a respiratory infection. Thank goodness for the insurance. I never received paperwork showing heritage. I was told Hunter is a fullbreed Shih Tzu. I paid $3000+ for something that i cant seem to get proof that he is fullbreed. My Hunter is a great pet. Thank you Pawrade. Send the papers.

This was my first time buying a puppy online so I was so nervous. There was a little trouble with communication and it turned out my number was written wrong in my file which can happen. But there is definitely one person I want to thank is Janell!! Any time I had my doubts or worries I messaged her and she responded so quickly!! She will always keep me reassured and for that I thank her so much! But we got our Daisy and we are in love! She's perfect!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone I talked to was amazing and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Our puppy, Christopher is awesome. He is absolutely adorable....comes to his name most of the time and has been using pee pee pads. Thank you to everyone Pawrade💜

I trusted the process, and it was fabulous!!! Everything is well organized and well maintained. All my questions were answered, and all requested info, i.e., pictures, videos, etc. were supplied quickly. Everyone that I had encountered was professional, caring, and pleasant. My pups had a long car trip home, and the van storks were excellent and kept me up to date! Not one problem. My puppy came here excited, alert, and playful. All the paperwork promised to me was rendered upon arrival. I'd recommend Pawrade to anyone who wants a great pup and a lot of support along the way!

We love Bella Marie West Very much!!!! The entire process was very enjoyable and the flight nanny yesterday gave me several updates throughout the day and she was very pleasant person and took very good care of Bella. Bella immediately ate and drank when she got home we did give her the medicine that y'all recommended and she enjoyed it she has been using the bathroom like she should and is getting adjusted to being in her new home very well… Once again we are very thankful that we found her through y'all and thank y'all for yawls help help and we are very appreciative
