Simply amazing. Impressed with how thorough everyone was throughout the process and how seamless it went. Highly recommend d this service.
I was told 3-4 days of traveling. it came sooner! I have not heard back from the rep, about the vet appointment. The puppy did not come with puppy food nor the blanket that I was told either.

received lola , good job to pawrade, took her to vet yesterday she in good health, still in shock from the flight , ears still down, has not barked once , did play a short time with her stuffed lamb, eats/drinks well . our vet said she should be ok in a week, amber the 10 month old corgi wants to play with lola she will have none of it , we will start bring her to work next week, as my wife and i are rotating staying home with lola . we named he Lola Rose Lynn. sending papers to AKC s we can get her lineage .

The entire process was very smooth and communication was quick and easy. The thoroughness of the website docs and app made me confident that it was legit and I was going to get my cute puppy. ( beware lots of scam puppy sites out there). Our corgi puppy is healthy, happy and amazing! Would definitely recommend if you can't find the dog you are looking for locally
We had such an amazing experience with Pawrade, it was an extremly smooth process. Sent in the adoption paperwork and our new puppy Hunter was here with us exactly one week later. Pawrade has great customer service, always lightning fast responces! Thank you so much, we love our new puppy 🐶 ❤

Pawrade is great! They made the whole process very easy for us. They communicated well and made sure our puppy got to us safe and sound via Air travel. We are head over heels in love with our new Corgi! We got her 12/4 and she was delivered by 12/17 just in time for Christmas. All the paperwork was in order and it's such a plus to have the 30 day insurance plan and 3 year health guarantee. Pawrade is a trusted source :)

Omg !!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards this company . They were amazing … Sarah went above, and beyond to answer my every question and concern. She had all the patience in the world with me . Everyone at this company I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous . Aaron and his partner who did the delivery were also amazing .Honey was delivered to us as though she just came out of a spa . I am so, so thankful ! My family and I will be forever grateful 💕

I was so nervous about purchasing a dog online, until I came across Pawrade. They had quite a selection of Corgis. I saw Bentley and fell in love! When I called, I spoke to Peter, and he stayed on the phone with me the whole process! Everyone involved with the process was very helpful, and the breeder was so kind to send Bentley off well with all needed paperwork, instructions and even a holiday treat for him! This was our first time using a system like this and we where very nervous about scams. Pawrade did a excellent job of listening to those concerns and then alleviating those concerns with constant contact updates and scheduling a call with the breeder etc. they kept the communication all up to his transport and we couldn't be happier to have Chester with us in his forever home!

The pick-up of Hestia "Hes" went as planned. I took Hes from the Reno airport to the Veterinarian, at Advanced Pet Care in Sparks, for the exam. Hes is in excellent health. The Vet's report should be available this week. Hes, Venus and Emi get along like sisters.

Getting a puppy through Pawrade was a great experience. They maintained constant contact with me so I knew exactly what was happening from the minute I picked my puppy to when he arrived at my home. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
It was easy to find our perfect puppy, the information was available almost immediately. And Sara and Shannon responded to all of my questions quickly and were very helpful. The customer service was very professional and made getting my beautiful Corgi easy!! I will highly recommend Pawrade!! Also the Corgi was the exact one I paid for and she is so sweet and beautiful. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience! Seriously!

Well, while waiting at the airport terminal and watching all passengers depart the plane....no pet, no pet nanny, but alot of TEARS on my part; truly thought I had been dupped!! By the grace of God, there was a kind man there that made phone calls for me, found TSA, and located my puppy that had been flown in Cargo.... Never judge a book by it's cover!! Hugs to DJgangstaBoogie for saving my day and my sanity!! My puppy was ill for several days, but all good today

I was a bit apprehensive to use Pawrade to purchase a dog because I didn't get to see the people I was working with, or the dog. BUT - I have to say it was one of the most pleasant, easy, and exciting things I have done. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Pawrade is top notch when it comes to quality, communication, and customer service. Anything I needed or asked, they were there. Any concerns I voiced, they put my mind at ease. They explained everything as the process progressed, and now my baby is home and she is PERFECT. Best decision I ever made was sending that email to Pawrade. Thank you to all of you who helped me bring my baby home :).

Pembroke Welsh Corgis have always been my dream dog so I'm grateful that Pawrade was able to connect Sally and I. She arrived via American Airlines and pick up from the airport was super easy. It took her no time to warm up to my husband and I... we could not ask for a better puppy. My only issue is how Pawrade communicates. Its so easy to connect with someone when you submit an inquiry but after you submit your payment its radio silence. You ask questions but get no response. They make it extremely difficult to connect with the breeder and get more info about the pup's lineage and the breeder's validity. I believe that if I'm paying over $3k for a dog then I deserve this information? TL;DR - Sally is an AMAZING dog who is healthy and confident. I am so very lucky to have her. Pawrade- please work on building trust and communication with your customers. This is a stressful and anxiety-inducing process. Do better.

Working with Pawrade was a sigh of relief! This was our first time buying a puppy from a breeder and Pawrade did all the heavy lifting for us! They took care of purchasing, communication, information, travel and kept us in the loop the entire time. We felt secure that we were getting a healthy puppy from a reputable breeder with Pawrade. We love our new corgi and are so happy with our experience!!

Overall a great experience. The whole team was there to answer questions from our first question on availability until the moment she arrived in our arms. There was some surprising delay challenges with the delivery schedule but fortunately after a few days that was resolved. I would definitely work with Pawrade again. We are just in love with our adorable puppy.
