When my partner's Pembroke died, i realized just how much of a positive impact his dog had on me. I am still in the process of grieving his loss, but I knew I wanted to get a dog of my own in parallel. This is when I found Pawrade. I'm a biologist by training - and strongly believe that nature (healthy & responsible breeding) and nurture (impeccable owner-dog relationships) makes happily-ever-after. You get out what you put in, folks. Three things Pawrade did that showed me they truly care about matching healthy dogs with responsible owners: 1) My dog's genetic test results, along with both of her parents' test results were listed on her profile page. I didn't have to dig it out of a bunch of back and forth chats like I did with other sites. 2) Prospective owner screening - Pawrade had expectations of me just as I had expectations of them. This is how it should be! 3) End-to-end automated communication, payment, and instructions on what to before and after you get your dog.

WOW!!! I received my Winston a few days ago and I can't be more in love. Everything about my dealings with Pawrade and my dogs breeder has been exceptional. I received updates (including pictures) from my breeder every week. Any questions I had were answered immediately and the breeder kept my puppy for 2 months at my request as wanted to receive him when I was finished with work (I am a Special Education teacher and I was working summer school). When it was time for Winston to come home the original travel plans had to be revised and he arrived earlier. Since his arrival, EVERYBODY wants to "steal" him from me. I tell them that they can get their own through Pawrade and my breeder Jessi. Thanks again for my furbaby.

This was such an easy / exciting process. The representatives were very communicative and helpful, and you can tell that Pawrade really cares about the pets they are adopting out. The delivery process also went very smoothly. The drivers sent us a Life360 link so we could watch our puppy's journey, and were good with giving us delivery estimate updates. I'd definitely use Pawrade again and recommend them to others.

Not happy with the delivery and lack communication from Pawrade

I got a 5 star dog from Pawrade. It was the only way to get the dog I wanted where I live. However, the transport process is not good. She came with Giardia and Kennel Cough. I am sure she developed this over the two day transport. There was little communication with transporters and no GPS tracking. She did arrive not traumatized at all which was great. The handler was nice and did seem to care but the conditions are such that the dogs do get sick and I believe that this could be completely avoidable if the operation was run properly. It is very nerve wrecking when you have a chosen a dog and paid for it and then are told it's not leaving for over a week and you have nobody to talk to about it. I paid for her on the 2nd and she arrived on the 13th. I can't say that I wouldn't do it again. She is exactly what I wanted

I would suggest Pawrade to anyone. I wanted a Pembroke Welsh corgi puppy and pawrade made that happen. I couldn't find a corgi breeder in my area and am so thankful I found one. Pawrade made the transactions, picking up our little puppy and picking the right pup for us out so easy and so seamless. All my questions were answered nearly immediately and my concerns were taken away.
