The purchase went okay, but Winston had parasites and I had one hell of a time trying to file a claim with PetPay. Their "file a claim" link is NOT user friendley!!! Even when I expressed the trouble I was having, no one took the trouble to explain the step by step process to file a claim. I kept getting the same instruction repeatedly from you folks, which was NO HELP in filing the claim. After struggling with this a while and finally noticing each paragraphed was timed, with no instruction regarding that process, (How stupid is that?!?) Left me with bad feelings about Pawrade's process...... :-(

Hi, Zeus formally now Archie B. He’s wonderful and loving and a bit of a hell raiser which I love about him. The whole pawrade experience was wonderful. I do have one complaint. I know the traveling team couldn’t bath him. However his white in his paws and belly are permanently yellowed from urine stains that I can’t get out. After his bath he still smells of urine. His age keeps me from trying other things. So my baby has a smell for I don’t know how long will last. My only complaint. Thank you. Beth Ann and Archie B.

The staff that kept in contact with me during the whole process was so incredible and made things that seemed really intimidating, very easy. Each assistant was so kind and empathetic and well informed. The Furry Trails Transport drivers were amazing and texted me with updates and photos of my pup and had no problem answering my questions. Kelly (now Zuki) is an absolute sweetheart we are beyond happy with our fur baby, she is so well mannered and lovey and we cannot says kind enough words to describe how grateful we are. Still waiting on response about the health of our dog. Also, delivery at 1am was not what expected. I was also not aware that this was not a direct transport and that our dog spent 40 hours in a van. She came to us severely malnourished and down to 1.5 lbs. she is on the mend, but if I had to do it again, I’m not sure I would go through a broker.

Very good experience. Seem to have great follow-up during the purchase experience. Once I made the purchase, it was harder to get a hold of someone with questions. The insurance process is confusing. I still have not figured out 100% how to submit the information to meet the requirements in a timely manner.

Had a fantastic experience with Pawrade. Couldn’t bring Winter (now Daisy) home until she was 12 weeks because she didn’t weigh enough. Donna kept me updated on her progress and sent me pics during the additional two weeks I had to wait. The purchasing process was smooth and the entire staff was so willing to help with answering my questions and providing me with all the information I would need when I got Daisy home. She is a wonderful puppy and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone I know that is thinking of getting a new addition to their family.

Both Pawrade and the breeder were AMAZING! Constant communication and our boy is a happy and healthy <2lb Yorkie that you can just tell has always been loved since day 1. Our vet verified a clean bill of health upon Zander's (renamed Kevin) arrival. Yes you pay more going through Pawrade. But all ownership documents were completed, travel planned, initial vaccinations prior to him flying home, chipped, and we had no stress, no second thoughts, no worries. Just excitement while waiting to receive our beautiful, and healthy puppy. We will, without a doubt, be returning. In hopes of purchasing another Yorkie... hopefully from this same loving breeder in Missouri.

Breeder did an excellent job with him. Communication was exceptional. He just got home today and he's already driving his two sisters crazy!!! Overall experiecece was AMAZING! Every step of the way from finding the puppy paying for the puppy all the way through the process to when she was putting in my arms everything just wants so great so smooth. She arrived at 5:45 AM and soon as I brought her into the house, she ate a little bit and wanted to play with my Daisy Mae. She’s a happy healthy little puppy. I called breeder and left a message yesterday that she took to the ride really well and how great she’s doing now I just waiting on my Nonna. I highly recommend you.
