Often times found it hard to get a hold of my representative when I started this process, finally got another person and she was easier to get through too. The problem I found is that we are not given the location of these puppies until the purchase is complete. I think this is a hard ship because perhaps we could of picked another puppy in more of a proximity to our state and saved money on the shipping. Also I was informed that I could not use my own shipper which turned out fabulous for our situation, and they have an A + rating. I found all the rules and regulations stressful as I have a full time job and all the emails and documents to complete the transaction were so time consuming, especially for me as we have limited internet access. Also I was told that I had to have a veterinary service within 72 hours, here in our rural area that also was not possible. Our nearest facility is 50 miles one way and the vet is only available on certain days and times. (More)

The delivery service was flawless and we were first/second on the list and we had our pup in no time flat. The husband/wife team brought our fur baby to our front door and the transfer of ownership was processed quickly. They were excellent! Buck is a darling addition to our family. He is not "paper trained" as the description said, but he appears to be a healthy, happy, well-adjusted little guy. We received him on Thursday evening so he gets his visit with the vet this afternoon. I couldn't schedule a Sunday appointment obviously. The driver was good about keeping us up on his location as we were of course anxious for our precious delivery.

THE LACK OF A CLEAR TIME OF DELIVERY CAUSED ME A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLBLE GETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY VET. I HAD TO REQUEST AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT TO MEET THE 72 HOUR REQUIREMENT.....THEN HAD TO CHANGE IT AND WILL JUST BARELY GET TO MY VET WITHIN THE 72 HOUR WINDOW......GOD VETS ARE DIFFICUKT TO FIND AND YOPU CANNOT GET AN APPOINMENT WITH THEM WITH SUCH A LACK OF ARRIVAL TIME....AND THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY THAT HAPPENED....NOT AT ALL HAPPY W/THAT...BUT MY BABY ARRIVED IN RATHER GOOD CONDITION.....J.P.
