The puppies, new name is Cosmo. He is adorable. There were problems with the nanny, not showing up so a new nanny was found for the following day. This was very disappointing. The puppy had red and dirty ears inside, and the vet put medication in. The soft spot on the top of his head also has not closed and he is almost 13 weeks old.

This was a great experience. The staff at Pawrade communicated with me on a regular basis. The person who transported our puppy also communicated with us throughout the day and gave us a specific time of arrival. They have ensured that there are checks and balances in place to follow-up that the puppy arrived at the correct location as well as providing caring directions to make sure there was a smooth transition to our home. I would definitely use Pawrade's services again!

We are over the moon!!! After pulling the trigger to some scammers I finally found a site I felt safe with. We took the risk waited 2weeks and 5:30 am this most beautiful tiny yorkie was at my door. We will get pics asap. God Bless you all! And please thank the breeder on a fine job getting home ready. He is LOVED 😍

Hello, Overall, Donna and Cindy were great at providing information. However, there were long periods of time my questions went unanswered. As far as the Breeder goes, I was surprised to find out my puppies name was not Elle as listed on Pawrade. The breeder informed me her name was actually "Lo". I was like what??? In addition, I didn't have any information until I actually landed in Atlanta on how or where I was going to connect with the breeder at the airport. I felt after being charged the additional $100 fee, the breeder would have been a bit more accommodating instead on a curbside pickup where my puppy was handed over to me through the passenger side window.

Oh my gosh, it's all been worth it! The waiting was the most difficult part of the whole process! On a freezing cold, snowy night up here in the high desert, the Wags on Wheels courier crew came through. My little girl arrived in perfect condition, and was transported into a warm, firelit home that was all furnished with beds, blankies, and toy babies. The long wait was over.

Very Nicely Done! Pawrade walked me through all of the steps, and it was seamless. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a puppy if you don't find one in a rescue. I love the way they help you through each step. I would like to have had interaction with the breeder during the process. The only time that that was possible is after you have purchased the puppy, and I was able to talk with her. She was also the best and I am still communicating with her about the puppy. The puppy was also older that what they have pictured on their website so watch that birth date when you're looking at them. All in all, I was very happy with my experience. Thank you all. So happy that I found Pawrade to find my forever baby Bree. The whole process was so easy and went so smoothly, Everyone there at Pawrade are so nice. Loved the concierge service of getting her from Missouri to Michigan, I was able to follow her trip on an app that they provided and Bree's drivers were the nicest people even they took good care of our girl getting her to me.
