My little Yorkie came this week and she is doing excellent. She came very healthy and up to date on vaccines. The transport guys were amazing from Wags on Wheels. Communication was good between everyone involved in the transaction.

From the first contact to after receiving our puppy, Braxton, everyone has been so kind and professional. They made the process of getting a puppy for our daughters seamless. The breeder even contacted us with some helpful information and well wishes. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new pet.

From the very first time I felt so safe with their sight .They are so professional, they called and answered all my questions and I had a lot . Dealing Lois,Shannon,and my breeder Victoria it was on the up and up. I got the most beautiful precious toy yorkie she weighs 2.5 lbs . I still haven't named her yet . I've been calling her baby it will come to me soon a forgot the nanny Aaron he was so patient and kind taking care of her . I highly recommend pawrade .a hone looking for a legett company

The purchase of Mistletoe was so easy. The wait for her to get 2lbs was the hard part. Everyone was very nice and help beyond their means. I can't thank you all enough and she adjusted very well. I would recommend you all to everyone

Our puppy is wonderful and we are in love already! He arrived healthy, happy and social. The only complaint I have is about the delivery which happened at 2am in the middle of a school/work week. I don't think this type of delivery is a respectful and makes me wonder how the puppies our treated. Luckily, our pup didn't have too long of a journey to get here.

overall - good. Outstanding was PAM in Customer Serivce. There was another Puppy I had worked w/her on that didnt come to fruition - my fault/my confusion. I was devastated - I think she must have shed almost as many tears as I did. She even followed up w/me a couple times "just to check on You"(me). And, she has been Very Helpful w/me getting TOBY, last night @10p. If she is not in a management position, the company is making a mistake in not rewarding her for ALL her talents and care she takes, I'm sure, with everyone. A big Texas "Howdy and Thank You" to Lois and Aaron (Invoices) who helped me along the way. There was another young Lady that helped this morning when Lois wasn't available…I didn't write down her name…I'm sorry - she sent me a msg and pix of the NutriCal supplement. Thank You!!!!! A favor - change any records that call my puppy Damien. That name was used in a horror movie and Damien was the devil - horrible thing to do to My Puppy -name is now TOBY. TY

We love our new puppy but this breeder does not seem to be on their game: 1. Dog was examined the next day after arrival and is infested with ear mites and has "fudge" in ears. 2. The vet certificate accompanying the dog indicates 0 birth date, and 0 weight. 3. The breeder listed the dog at 5.5 lbs, but weight on arrival was 4.9. Too big a difference to have been accurate. 4. The dog was supposedly shipped bathed, but arrived smelly and dirty. A shampoo released substantial dirt. 5. Our vet reviewed the arrival papers and noted the breeder's vet appears to have given too many vaccinations too soon in terms of the dogs age, and standard practice. 6. The delivery service was spot on, kept in close communication throughout trip. We appreciate Pawrade, but for these prices, are disappointed in these aspects of this transaction, are concerned for the well being of the puppies being sold.

I received the dog. They told me the day of delivery that I had to sign a waiver because he had a skull that was not fully developed over his brain. Gave me absolutely no time to research this. When I got him to the vet as he is whining non stop like he is in permanent pain, they told me this is a birth defect. When I called both of my Pawrade reps, non replied about a refund or a discount for selling me a defective dog. My Vet told me he would be ineligible to reproduce because of this defect. I thought Parade was on my side, instead, it looks like they don't give a crap as they have not gotten back to me. Parade should have my back, but it seems they do not and now I have a dog that is seemingly in pain crying 70% of the time and it's infuriating that nobody wants to address the issue. I will never use Parade again. You'd think after spending $4500 they would address the issue. They have not called me in 6 days now

I want to take this time to thank everyone at Pawrade for this experience in providing my family with this Little bundle of joy. they went over and beyond to make this process as Stress-Free as possible. the reason for the 4-star rating is because of the communication updates on my puppy during the transporting process. The Pet Transport did keep me updated every day, but it seemed like a very long 4 days, I just couldn't wait to have him in my arms. This little guy is my first puppy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I've always wanted a teacup Yorkie and now I can say I have one, thanks to Pawrade.

The process was pretty straightforward with what we needed to do and they have a concierge reach out which is nice to get our questions answered. The only issue I had was there was some communication gaps between the concierge and the breeder. But everything work out great and we love our new puppy!
Pawrade was amazing. They answered all questions and concerns I had and walked me through every step of the way until my puppy arrived. Wags on Wheels that delivered my puppy was also amazing. They kept in touch all the way letting me know how my puppy was doing. The whole experience was wonderful and the follow up was terrific!!
Awesome experience!! Several helpful customer concierge helpers to answer my questions from purchase to interim to final delivery. I am over the moon in love with my new baby girl and would purchase through pawrade in the future. I've already told all my friends/family. Thank you!! 💝
