Puppy arrived in excellent condition. He was very happy and well taken care of for the trip. Delivery folks were professional on delivery time and all the finalized paper work that had to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. From my very first call to inquire about puppies, the customer service woman Dianne was so wonderful... and fun! Christie the customer service liaison was great also. If you couldn't get her by phone, she did always respond to e-mails. The travel Concierge Morgan was also very professional and attentive to all my questions and requests. I could not get to the only airport that was an option, so the puppy was delivered to my door. I got updates the entire way. Pawrade is a 5 out of 5 stars no doubt about it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member.

Ir was a very smooth process. Pawrade was there for me every step of the way. As can be imagined, with all the scammers, I was hesitant. But Pawrade showed professionalism and understanding throughout. I highly recommended them. My puppy is fantastic. The breeder was incredibly nice as well.

My dog is the sweetest little thing. She is already paper trained, very calm and very smart. The purchase and travel arrangements went very well. I could Not be happier.

I am very happy with Piper. She came to me in good condition and aced the wellness exam at my veterinarian's office. My only complaint is with Petpay.com. They sent me nasty texts and emails telling me I was late on my payment to them. I made it very clear when paying the deposit and delivery fees that I would be traveling most of the month of August and early September and not available to communicate. I was told by your team it would not be a problem. I later got a text from Aaron from Petpay.com demanding immediate payment of $3042. I didn't know who this person was and bawked at just sending the money to someone I never heard of..... threatening me that I could lose Piper. The manager at Petpay.com did get in touch with me again by text to make the payment. I am pleased with delivery and and the breeder's preparation of Piper. As for petpay.com I wouldn't give a favorable recommendation to anyone on their behalf.

We absolutely love Maggie May (previously Taylor). But… She did not arrive with the food we were told to provide. No blanket, no collar or harness, no toys. She seems quite large for a puppy with smallish parents. We were looking for a teacup. Her dew claws were not removed. The paperwork was ridiculously repetitive and endless… For the price paid, the service was pretty bad! The delivery people were great though.

The process went well. After the wellness check with our veterinarian on Monday, September 11th, the puppy became hypoglycemic and I rushed her to a Veterinary Emergency Hospital where they performed CPR but she died.

Communication with Pawrade staff is terrible. Responses took up to 3 days, when asked 3 things I would only get reply for 1. Talking on the phone with the staff was always a problem, they never had a solid answer and always had to reach to other staff members. Transportation date changed continually, not because of any health situation of the puppy, simply because you decided to change the date without informing. Asked to confirm when puppy was picked by transportation company, never happened, asked for contact details of transportation company, never happened. Took my puppy for a health check the day after arrival and was missing 2 vaccinations shots which are mandatory at 4 weeks of birth. Have sent my docs 4 times, and no receipt confirmation whatsoever. Today I am not clear whether the puppy's 3-year guarantee (which I paid for) is active or not. No one has confirmed the receipt of my documents nor sent me a document with such guarantee and terms. I would never recommend Pawrade.

WOW! What can we say about our dealings with Pawrade. Besides the representitive we delt with (Kera) and the ease of getting our new family member (Loki) They answer all your questions, and the process was very easy. I flew up to Ft Wayne IN and met the breader, picked up our pup and flew back to NC. ALll the paperwork was very easy to finish. They even called a few days later to check and see how Loki made it to his Furever new home. He is such a dream. Very Smart and my wife is very happy. We had a couple Yorkies before (They went to the rainbow bridge at 12 and 13 years old) and they used to sleep with her and she would fall asleep feeling their heartbeat. My wife currently is having some heart issues and due to have a procedure. So I got her Loki to keep her calm. Thank you again for helping me get our new family member. If we know of anyone looking for a new 4 legged addition to their family, we will deffinatly send them your way.
Overall, the process was great and Pawrade was great about walking me through the process and giving me a ton of information about a new puppy. I do not think they have enough employees to manage the people the bought the puppies, so it was hard to get some of my questions answered and the responses to a while to get back to me.
