For the most part it was OK, mostly because I am happy with my puppy. I felt that communication was very difficult at times. Delivery methods caused Giardia in my new pup and this is complicating training as well as socialization.

First I want to say Pawrade is not a scam like I thought it was, I have to admit I was a little worried when they had to switch the day of delivery due to weather conditions, but my pup is home and safe. Other then that it was wonderful getting a pup from them. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice and very professional. We did have a few grey areas with delivery, but at the end of the day our new puppy Harper "Rosa" arrived staff and sound 24 hours ago and my wife and are totally in love with our new girl. The transportation team was excellent as well !
We are very very happy from start to finish. Everyone Who I had spoken to, e mailed. Very professional and informative.. I'm very happy with my little. yorkie.

Everyone was very helpful, and I especially enjoyed and appreciated all communication with Lois. I chose the pampered pet travel/delivery, and Jason and Lloyd of The Puppy Wagon were wonderful and kept me apprised of their ETA and my puppy's well being every day. They delivered my happy little puppy to me very well cared for!

Very poor communication. Got many notifications that our liaison was out of the office but no meaningful assistance. We had to drive from Spring Hill, TN to Mountain Grove, MO which is about 400 miles. We were originally told that the pickup would be on 5.2.23 but could not get confirmation despite repeated requests. As it turned out, according to the breeder the Vet cleared our puppy on Friday, April 28 but we weren't notified until 2:30 AM on Tuesday, May 2nd. Your firm offered limited to no value for us. You really should change your name to ChaRade. Would not recommend you and would not consider using you again.

I tried to write my review/comments down. But quickly ran out of room in the space provided. This is the first time I adopted a puppy online and I will never do it again. I was let down and felt misled at every turn. I really want nothing more to do with Pawrade. I feel this website and affiliated breeders will do anything to sell a puppy. My only happiness is that I found Zella now Jem. Jem will be cared for in the way that she deserves.
