Thank God for Pawrade!!!!! I was scammed out of money for a puppy and then I found Pawrade. Peter worked with me daily to find and get my wonderful Yorkie, Roxie. Between, Peter, Tina, and Renee I was contacted almost everyday from the start until Doug delivered my Roxie yesterday at 2 pm. They are all very professional and wonderful to work with, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an adorable fur baby……Diane (Roxie's mom)
Pawrade took the worrying of fraud fake seller's and provided open clear communication, from start to finish!!!! Our lil addition is absolutely amazing.
I was very happy with Annette the nanny,She keep my puppy happy and safe. I wasn't very happy with my puppy's health,She had an ear infection, respiratory infection,her eyes were infected and she had mites.
She's a good dog and very healthy

OMG he is everything. He is sooo tiny and cute and just loving. He gave me so many kisses and hugs, and when he got home it was more love he was soooo happy. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

The only thing that didn't happen was a phone call from the transport, he just showed up. We were lucky to be at home at the time.
This is the most professional group of people I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. Tonya was just amazing! She was available for phone calls and answers to all our questions. She was just lovely through and through. We were continuously contacted with updates and a travel concierge to guide us throughout our entire experience. Not one email or phone call went unanswered immediately. Every time I called or emailed somebody I got through right away or got an email back within minutes. The breeder was lovely and the dog we picked up is healthy and so happy! We drove from Massachusetts to Missouri. I just cannot say enough and my heart is full!!

Like others, I was skeptical and very concerned about supply chain sourced from puppy mills. I researched the org and after speaking with my sales rep came to understand the value prop- quality breeders do not have resources to field the wave of unqualified/suitable buyers. I really appreciated the step by step process of purchase to delivery with very detailed guidance on how to be prepared for your puppy, what the puppy's status was from routine health needs perspective and areas of concern to be vigilant about with having a new puppy. Was white glove experience and by the way, the puppy is beyond wonderful and even better than his adorable profile. Now if the dating apps could accomplish the same ;)

I was very nervous using Pawrade, but they delivered my new best friend in 4 days right to my door. She is everything I wanted. Thank you for my new addition.
Matt now Bear is doing wonderful his little personality is really coming out. Thanks for all y'all did to get him here. Leigh with the transport service was fabulous.
We had no issues with the transaction! The Breeder met us on time and we're very pleased with Coco!
Everything went smoothly except Milo came earlier than expected but I was ready. Everyone I spoke to and the gentleman that delivered Milo to me were all exceptional. Thanks so much for everything. Milo is sleeping on my foot right now. That means I get a minute to work (lol).

We had a great experience with Tania from Pawrade. She was the go-between for us and the breeder. She answered all our questions, returned our calls and we felt very secure in dealing with this company. I do wish you could have more interaction with the breeder directly but we were able to get videos sent twice so we could see the puppy. All in all it was an easy process and I would totally trust the company to do it again.
