Amazing, simply AMAZING! The wonderful most attentive service ever. We opted to utilize the service of a flight nanny for our pup. Jessy did an amazing job communicating with us every step of the way and ensured a safe delivery of our little doggie. The fine folks of Pawrade were all so helpful from start to delivery. Awesome! Our breeder has been so fantastic and has been in touch with us after delivery expressing that they are available to answer our questions and truly are concerned about our pup "Kash" and inquire how he is doing and have made themselves available should we have any questions or concerns. They have been so responsive to our inquiries. "Kash" had his first vet visit yesterday and the vet's comments were that of a very healthy pup! The demeanor and personality of our pup is so, so sweet and has a very nice personality in which everyone who has come in contact with him just falls in love with him. Awesome service.

It would have been better if I got my puppy back in Jan. Over all everything was good
I was very skeptical of this process and I'm so happy that I was wrong. I purchased a Yorkie. The process was very easy and very smooth right down to the delivery. Porky or River as I have named him arrived this morning happy, clean and full of energy. He ran, played, explored and ate/drank for two hours before running out of steam. Now he's sleeping. He's a beautiful baby and I am so happy with him. Thank you Pawrade! I couldn't be happier.

It was ok had wrong address though
We are so in love with our new little guy, Elvis! The entire process, from finding him on Pawrade and falling in love at first sight to bringing him home, was so easy. We couldn't be happier with our guy and Pawrade for helping us find the newest member of our family.

I spend a good amount of time researching, and reached out to Pawrade several times for information. They were always very quick to respond, assist me with any questions, and find out more details from the breeder. The reservation and travel process was very smooth. I was provided updates and support all the way up until I picked up my new puppy and even afterwards to ensure I was taken care of. With so many scams out there, this was a breath of fresh air. My puppy is doing fantastic and I could not be happier with this entire experience. Thank you to the team for bringing me such joy!

Terrific experience and a simply adorable dog that I will love and spoil for eternity. I will admit being skeptical - paying upfront before meeting the dog or breeder is an interesting business model and practice. Up until the time I picked up the dog I was waiting for the "bait and switch" or fraud. Signs of the times perhaps. But the breeder in Indiana was clean, caring, professional and attentive. While clearly a business, it was equally clear they cared. The puppy - my puppy - Charlie is perfection and exactly as advertised and described. The process, the paperwork, the insurance, the educational material - all on point and helpful. When I turned on the driveway of the breeder Indiana, I knew I had hit the jackpot. I just activated the 30 day insurance. It was also seamless. While I used another pet insurance company in the past, this experience has been so good that I'm considering using MetLife. I love Charlie. THANK YOU

Ever would I have believed that buying a puppy online would be so easy. Pawrade made every step of the way ensuring and smooth. I was skeptical at first, hoping I wouldn't be scammed. I was skeptical about purchasing a puppy through an online service, as most people would be. However my experience has been excellent. Everybody that I worked with to purchase my little Yorkie was both helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone responded quickly, kept me informed and I received my little girl yesterday. She's perfect and we renamed her Olive. Everyone from Peter who helped me locate my perfect Yorkie to Laura who helped me work through the paperwork and frequently asked questions to April who delivered my puppy yesterday we're all professional. Thank you.
The response to questions and customer service all good. Easy to buy toilet paper on internet, puppy not so easy-yet everyone made it a warm inclusive, videos good, pictures, more the better.
We had such a great experience with pawrade. Would 100% recommend. Their communication is excellent!!!

Happy to get my new puppy - Honey, (was Toots). The preliminary arrangements went well and I was able to get my pup delivered in less than a week from selecting her. My only complaint is the details for getting things completed - insurance, health guarantee, visit with vet - it all seems unnecessarily restrictive as though they were trying to have me miss out on the insurance and guarantee. But, all in all, a good experience.
Very courteous and willing to help! Sarah is a dynamo and also very patient with my mood swings, lol!
