Pawrade offered wonderful Yorkshire terriers and we now have had our Yorkie for 6 days. She is hilarious and loving. I had 3 difficulties with Pawrade's operations: First, they have a requirement that the dog have a vet evaluation within 72 hrs. of arrival at your home. Well, my dog arrived on July 2, obviously on the cusp of the 4th of July weekend. They refused extension of the requirement because of the holiday. My regular vet was closed and only by a small miracle, my long-term vet had a cancellation on 7/2, the date she arrived, so I was able to comply. So depending on when your puppy arrives, you may need to scramble to meet with this requirement. Second, there do not seem to be any options as to when your puppy is sent to you. Third, Pawrade uses a complicated (for some people) method of meeting their requirements--they are all electronic format and require uploading documents and photos. You may need assistance with this.

The puppy is beautiful and healthy. Very smooth process and I was always kept in the loop. Plenty of communication with the Breeder. Delivery was fabulous. I was able to track the delivery service all the way to my home. This is my third puppy with Pawrade. My puppies are all fabulous and healthy.

Found our pup on Pawrade's website. The process of purchasing the pup went smooth. All questions were answered prior to recieving our pup. I would recommend any puppy lovers to visit Pawrade. Hopefully you will find your loveable puppy, I know we did and loving our new pup!

I was skeptical because I you just never know and I just didn’t want to give money away or get my hopes up and receive not what I paid for but every step of the way was great communication and in the end our puppy is adjusting incredibly well. We couldn’t be happier. This was a great decision.

Pawrades Customer Service was great keeping me informed. I was really disappointed that she didn’t arrive on June 10. That was my understanding but she didn’t get here until the 12th. She seems to be afraid of walking through the house. I have to convince her with treats to follow me. She refuses to eat the nutri source, it’s as if she never had it before. She is healthy according to my vet, so that is great. She is adorable and I love her.

The process to get our puppy was simple. Pawrade’s staff were helpful, answering all of my questions and contacting me regularly with updates. The delivery service drivers also provided constant communication.

Great service from Pawrade and the breeder. I have a question though and one comment.. Question: I understand that Thai was already microchipped. However inside my packet was a form to get it done. Help. Does she have a microchip number I missed?? Comment: Thai had a very unclean odor when she arrived like she was traveling in a filthy cage. She was also very thirsty and hungry.
