Overall we are so happy! Athena doesn’t look anything like the picture posted (looks like a different dog) but we love her already and she is amazing!

i am extremely grateful and happy with my new fur baby Chase we kept his name. He was more adorable in person. Did not think that could even be possible. He is such a happy loving playful puppy who just wants me to carry him everywhere. He wants to be with us every minute. He also came pee pad trained which i loved. My son said Chase hit the lottery today. i say i did . Thank you for making this easy and the Pet transport was amazing as well. I highly recommend pawrade and there great team.

We got a beautiful puppy. So far our puppy is healthy and doing very well. Pawrade was very responsive and at times when we were concerned and wanted to make sure we were going to get the puppy in the picture and a healthy puppy, the staff at pawrade was very supportive and understanding. We were able to talk to the breeder who answered our questions. Had a good experience in the process and they were helpful.
I received outstanding service from the beginning to the very end. There was never a time when I could not get ahold of someone, if I had any questions or concerns. Poppy is now named Dobby (from Harry Potter) and he is as cute as can be. Thank you pawrade!!!

Missy is a real clown. She gets into everything, and if you ignore her she comes right in front of you and begs so cute. She is terrorizing our older Yorkie, she doesn't know what to make of this ball of fur that flies around the house, so she goes upstairs and gives Missy the downstairs. With time missy will calm down and they will become friends.

The people at Pawrade were fantastic to work with. Our concierge was Donna Conner..she was wonderful..she helped us thru our puppy adoption the whole way. The process did get confusing occasionally, but the help we received could not have been better. My only complaint would be not being able to actually contact the breeder personally, but other than that, we would highly recommend Pawrade to get that puppy you have been looking for! 🐶 ❤️

Admittedly, I was hesitant and fearful of buying a puppy online, with so many scams. I had high hopes with Pawrade, and they did not let me down. Everything was as they promised. My puppy arrived in good health and good cheer. All of the instructions for me were clear and they followed through on their word. Max is happy at home now, thanks to Pawrade.
