Great service from Pawrade and the breeder. I have a question though and one comment.. Question: I understand that Thai was already microchipped. However inside my packet was a form to get it done. Help. Does she have a microchip number I missed?? Comment: Thai had a very unclean odor when she arrived like she was traveling in a filthy cage. She was also very thirsty and hungry. Can you look into that please. Thanks! Joan McLain

Kyle arrived 3 hours early, a blessing as it was 12:00am vs. 3:am. Kyle settled in. Definitely not fully mat trained but so precious and full of vinegar. He slept in his little pillow bed between us from about 1AM to 5AM. I’m delighted with my birthday present 😍

Hello. Our experience was excellent. We reserved our puppy, communications on next steps were quick and accurate. Our Nanny Charity was very nice, and we had our Puppy in very short time. This was our third Puppy with Pawrade and every time has been great.

Our puppy arrived late last night, but the entire process from start to finish was seamless. There was constant contact throughout the entire travel as well as progress on our puppy's growth from the staff over the past month. The paperwork was seamless and easy to understand and the staff was available to help with everything. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help and making our puppy's homecoming spectacular!! 100% would recommend this service.

Overall, my experience with pawrade was great. I had a few bumps along the way, but Cindy at Pawrade worked with me and assured me everything would be fine and it was SUPER. Love my puppy! Communication was great up to the day of pickup. We drove for 2 hours still not knowing if we were even going to get our puppy, when we had to make several calls before we got her! She is beautiful and healthy and we are thrilled to have her!

Jimmy arrived perfect. The delivery driver was beyond nice. It was after midnight and after about 1.5 hours of cuddling he went to his crate where he slept until this morning. He is eating and drinking and running around like he had lived with me for months. He is a dream come true.
