Pawrade is an excellent resource to buy your pet. My puppy arrived on the day he was expected, having arrived by airplane. He was healthy, calm, trusting, and with such a kind disposition. He is crate trained, and he arrived with all his vet records. I can tell the breeders took excellent care of him as he is so sweet and healthy. Pawrade is responsive, kept me up to date, and sent photos prior to his arrival. My puppy is everything they said he would be. I am really happy I found my sweet baby here. Wherever I go people admire him, and strangers are constantly taking photos of him when I take him out. He needs his own Instagram account @cowboy. He is such a love!

I admit I had heard so much about scams and purchasing a puppy online, but I have recommended Pawrade to several people. There were people at my Vet’s office inquiring about my experience and wanting their information for themselves and several of their customers asking for recommendations. I have purchased puppies and arranged transport for animals in the past, including as recent as 2 weeks ago. I've never worked with PawRade and I never will again. After my initial inquiry about the puppy I wanted, which was a positive interaction, the rest of the process was horrible! I've experienced massive delays, lack of communication, being handed off to way too many people, lack of requested information about the puppy, additional pictures I was promised, etc. Apparently this is just a puppy broker. They wouldn't put me into contact with the breeder so I could ask specific details about the puppy. They just send these wordy contracts. The only thing they were efficient at was collecting my fees. No concern about my experience or the puppy's experience, ie. dropping off a new puppy at MIDNIGHT does not make for a positive landing for the puppy. So disappointed.
