Just an awesome experience. He’s a joy, healthy as an ox. I couldn’t have asked for more. The drivers were great you can tell everyone that you deal with thru pawrade love dogs. Very happy.
Pawrade brought me, my first-ever fur baby. I am truly grateful for the attentiveness and constant help through the process of getting my puppy. All my questions were answered throughout my time on Pawrade and I can't thank them enough!

For the most part everything was good. My problem has tp do with working with people who want to pick up their dog. A meeting place, date, and time need to be scheduled much earlier. Everyone understands if puppy does not pass final vet check he is not eligible for pickup in that situation all aŕangements would be canceĺed. I nèded to fly to destination for pickup but your company would not provide me with informtion until a few days before pickup. That does not work for making airreservations. I mentioned this to breeder and she had never been contacted about date and time until few days out. There was such a blockage about allowing me any contact with breeder i along with everyone i know thought your company was a spam and i would never see the dog i had paid for. Thank goodness that thought ended up being wrong. My comment to anyone wanting to pick up tgeir dog is to not do business with pawrade.

Spencer with Pawrade was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I'll be honest; I was a little worried about not knowing an internet puppy transaction. Spencer was great in letting me know details. I picked up my gorgeous puppy in person and met the breeder. Enos was kind and so helpful as we set up a meeting. She (my puppy) was everything that I hoped and dreamed of. She has settled into her new home with us and follows me everywhere. We are besties Pawrade's emails letting me know details was so very helpful as I was getting ready for a new puppy in my home. Thank You so much :)

Pawrade was very easy to work with. They have a lot of rules, but that's what made me feel comfortable with them. They want to be sure their puppies are going to be well cared for. I would definitely recommend Pawrade!

We received our first female Frenchie from a breeder in Indiana and is now 1 year old and was great from the beginning. We just received our 2nd female Frenchie 4 days ago and she is very playful and loving. Our issue is that she arrived from the transporter that had multiple dogs in the van and our new puppy had a runny / bubbly nose and a serious cough. When we brought her to our vet they began treating her for kennel cough on medication every 12 hours and had to be quarantined from our other dogs. She came with the food she being fed, Nutri Source, and is eating inconsistent and some times doesn’t eat like this morning, the 4th day. I know know she was free fed and that is a bad way to maintain proper eating behavior for you puppies. Hoping the kennel cough does turn into pneumonia as well. I let the puppy consultant know and never heard back. A little concerning.

I was nervous finding a dog online but they made it easy to find the breed we wanted. It was important to us to find a dog that could handle our family (3 small kids). The night she came will be an everlasting memory! She fit right in! She has been so wonderful with our kids. Although everyone I spoke with was very friendly, I still found this process very tedious. I understand the purpose is to prevent being scammed, which we almost fell prey to, but this seemed more like adopting a child than a puppy. I am surprised some very crucial questions were left out, such as: have we ever had a Cairn, do we have a fenced backyard, do we have small children, will the puppy be left alone, etc. I would prefer to deal with a breeder directly in the future.
