The only main problem we had was Pawrade had a hard time getting a hold of the breeder so we had to wait longer to pick her up. Also, my husband had to take a week and one half off of work to drive 5 and 1/2 hours one way to get her. We didn’t mind the drive , it was just so much time off work cause everything kept getting delayed. Otherwise, she is precious. Trying to train her to go potty outside is a chore cause the breeder hadn’t done any type of potty training. That will take time, I know. My husband even said he fell in love with her the minute we got her. She is a keeper. We lost our dearest Schnauzer, Meg about a month ago, she had cancer and found out about 3 weeks before we put her to sleep. We didn’t want her to suffer and it’s so dam hard to go through that loss . But now we have a new puppy to love and that means everything. Thank you for all your help.

I have to admit this was all pretty strange to me. The idea of buying a puppy online was new. The transaction was flawless, there was great communication, and Paityn arrived at her new home safe and bouncy. She is healthy and happy. And so is my 15 month old shihtzu who recently lost his older sister. Again communication was terrific the whole time, and the transporters also were very good about updating me on the travel. The entire process was explained well. I give high marks to Pawrade. It's been an unusual and pleasant experience with a terrific outcome.

Communication once puppy was picked up was good. Prior to pickup and post purchase the communication and process have much to be desired. You should have a dedicated liaison who is identified on confirmed purchase and who regularly communicates and is responsible for ensuring all details regarding delivery etc are correct. We are happy to finally have him home.

My biggest concern was scams, but not once did I feel uncomfortable through Pawrade! Staff was very friendly and called frequently to make sure that any questions I had were answered and the delivery guys were very tired from their drive, but were still very nice. I’m so glad to have my puppy home with us now. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

I had an excellent experience with Pawrade. I found the puppy I wanted and I had to have her. I called to speak to someone about her and asked if anyone else had called about this particular puppy. The lady told me a couple people that day had called about her. So I knew I needed to act fast. I told her I had to have this puppy. She explained the whole process to me and we proceeded with me getting her. I asked if she would be flown to me and she said that they would drive her right to my door. That was amazing! My whole experience and communication with Pawrade was amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to get a new puppy. We have our little girl and are so in love with her. She’s doing great and she did great on the drive all the way from Missouri to California with no problems.
