I was skeptical to buy a puppy online but I have to say that Pawrade was very well orchestrated. The process was explained step by step and they provide more than enough information on the guide. The only downside was that since I opted to pick up my puppy the communication overall to make arrangements was a bit slow, I had to book flights and it was a little stressful to get information in drive and drabs in order for me to confirm my flights. Other than that, they do pretty good with their process. Overall it was a surprisingly good experience.

Both Pawrade and the breeder were AMAZING! Constant communication and our boy is a happy and healthy <2lb Yorkie that you can just tell has always been loved since day 1. Our vet verified a clean bill of health upon Zander's (renamed Kevin) arrival. Yes you pay more going through Pawrade. But all ownership documents were completed, travel planned, initial vaccinations prior to him flying home, chipped, and we had no stress, no second thoughts, no worries. Just excitement while waiting to receive our beautiful, and healthy puppy. We will, without a doubt, be returning. In hopes of purchasing another Yorkie... hopefully from this same loving breeder in Missouri.

This has been the best experience. I was concerned about buying a dog cuz I've only ever done rescue but it was absolutely worth every penny. Our sweet Bethany is perfect and healthy and exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely, hands down the best experience I have had! There was professionalism from the very first conversation with Thomas, to the frequent shout outs and pictures from Lois, to the delivery team of Mark and Monica….i couldn’t be more happier! Our little ball of wonderful, our French Bulldog Rocco (formerly known as Forge), arrived on August 5th at 9 weeks of age. We love him so much. The process was easy and efficient. Frequent communications left us feeling confident. Questions were passed to the breeder that were answered. Never once did I feel that I wasted my money, or unsure what was going on with my Rocco, as we made the decision that he was the one we wanted at 2 weeks of age! Lois led us through the process of contracts and things being signed and the set up of the delivery direct to my door. I recommend Pawrade and Wags on Wheels! You won’t be disappointed in your decision.

I am so pleased and happy. I received my dog @ 5:30 this morning. We are all doing great, my older dog seems to be jealous but it will all work out. Atom/Gizmo is doing fine, we haven't picked a name yet but we will. He is the cutest little Shih Tzu and very pleased with how everything has turned out. Thank you so much for everything!! Charlie (Ruthie) is doing OK, but still not quite "at home". She is having regular times to go outside and urinate, also to eat. She has still investigating the area. Charlie often doesn't want to go put for a walk., but is very comfortable to be in pour presence. Thank you for giving us such an adorable puppy. Marion O'Connell

Great process, would recommend!
We just received our precious frenchie 2 days ago! He is a beautiful, healthy pup and we’ve already received comments from the vet and others on the quality of breeding and high level of veterinary care he has received. The communication and level of knowledge from PetPay was top notch. I just wish the Pawrade operators demonstrated the same level of knowledge and customer service. Had a bad experience with an uncaring operator quoting me the contract I signed, canceling my reservation without my consent, and demonstrating little regard for my concerns about the health of the puppy. Finally got in touch with someone at Petpay that was able to ease my concerns but it left a bad taste in my mouth regarding Pawrade’s corporate policies and is the reason why I am wary of using Pawrade again in the future.
I was skeptical at first because I had never done this before but I am so glad I used Pawrade. The whole process was easy and I was in constant communication with the lady helping me. Our cute little Cora is full of energy and love and she has filled our hearts with so much joy. I highly recommend Pawrade.

The initial contact and process was seamless and enjoyable. Was kept involved in the process up until the transfer of responsibility to the transporter where there was some confusion. Pawrade has a site name which is different than the breeder’s given name which makes it a bit confusing for the new owners. However, the overall experience was good and we have a beautiful puppy. We are very happy.

Kutcher Kazansky Bennett is an energetic, gorgeous, well acclimated pup! He has not met a toy he does not want to play with or a water dish that can’t be splashed in. He brings joy to all who see him. Our well check confirmed that Kutcher is very healthy. He was clearly well loved and cared for by his breeder and others in the delivery chain.
