I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we went through. We ordered our puppy from Pawrade feeling assured they would be organized in handling organizational tasks from start to finish. We dealt with so many representatives when originally my husband and I were told we would get one rep. When it was time for the pet concierge (of which we paid $1100.00) to fly our pet to us... we were told the pet concierge over booked and cannot come. Hence, we would have to wait another week for our already 8 wk old (ready-to-go-home) puppy. Pawrade uses a third party pet concierge based on some inside connections with ppl who work for the airline and get stand by tickets to fly. This is the only way they are able to purchase last minute tickets when someone orders a pet. Terrible! Pawrade immediately refunded us the $1100.00 pet concierge fee and we then purchased two roundtrip tickets to get our dog. Out of characters.. To Be Continued.

Just wanted to shout out how great this experience has been for me and my family. We found our puppy at Pawrade and had him shipped to us from Chicago, IL. The team at Pawrade were in constant contact with me during the purchase, setting up the transportation to VA from IL and brought my lil pug to me earlier than anticipated. I will go through Pawrade for all future pups and thank the team for all of the great communication and for bringing home our lil guy.

The process of paying for and receiving my puppy went exactly as described. The support from Pawrade was excellent in any questions that I had regarding breeds, new puppy tips and vet records. This was a pleasant experience and my new puppy is amazing!

The initial stages of the puppy purchase process were quite smooth. The company facilitated a Zoom call with the breeder, which was a positive touch. However, there's significant room for improvement in logistics and communication: 1. Lack of pre-travel update: They failed to contact me 24 hours before the puppy's journey, which left me unprepared and anxious. 2. No confirmation of puppy's well-being: I wasn't informed about the puppy's condition before or during travel, causing unnecessary worry. 3. Extended travel time: The trip took almost 24 hours longer than initially communicated. While I could text someone during this time, the delay was substantial and poorly explained. In summary, while the initial process showed promise, the company needs to enhance its travel logistics and drastically improve its communication with customers, particularly during the crucial delivery phase.

Communication was great however the puppy listing was incorrect and I was sent a male puppy when the listing was for a female puppy!!! The listing clearly listed a female name, write up was for a female, all communication was about a female and when the puppy came all the paperwork was for a female including the Rabies vaccination paperwork yet the puppy was a male!!!! I am not against male puppies at all but was adopting a female and was completely mislead. Apparently, there were no checks and balances!!! Very sad, stressful and heartbreaking!!! I was issued a refund. Ask LOTS of questions and get verification with pics, etc.

Overall, I had a really pawsitive experience with Pawrade! I appreciated having so much context about my puppy upfront, before making the decision to reserve her. It’s clear that Pawrade puts the animal’s wellbeing first - from their no puppy mill pledge, to ensuring the puppy is cleared by the vet before coming home, to the health guarantee and initial month of pet insurance right out of the gate. I did have some communication challenges with the rep who coordinated my pickup, which is why I rated 4/5 stars. It’s possible that a different rep would have made the experience perfect all around.

Hi Pawrade, Everything went well until delivery. The paperwork I received at the time of delivery has different names on the paperwork which led to a lot of confusion. Especially with the Micro-chip. I am still not confident that I have my dogs correct micro chip numbers. I did call on this matter, twice. I think the simplest and best solution is that the paperwork from the Breeders contain the same name for the puppies that is on your website. This would solve the problem immediately.

We are grateful to have found our puppy, this aside, it was a stressful event Pawrade dropped the ball too many times to count. We were told that our puppy was to be 25 lbs fully grown which was the size we wanted and found out much later that our puppy will be 40-45 lbs. The delivery 3 1/2-4 weeks after purchase was the most difficult part. We would never go through Pawrade again to find a puppy. They will give short generic responses, pretty much saying "deal with it" while claiming that they are doing everything but they clearly aren't. Our puppy had grown too big to fly with their delay so not sure how they finally pulled that off at the last minute but we made a lot of noise towards the end. I honestly believe they would not have shipped her for another 2-3 weeks had we not insisted.
