Overall I had a positive experience. It was a little slow to hear back from my puppy concierge some days. It turns out she was off so I would have liked another one to answer my questions.
The puppy finding and purchase process went well.
Ended up with the best dog possibly. The only thing I’d say negative if it’s even negative. I wish there was a SLIGHT bit more communication when it came to pick up. Tara the pet concierge did an absolute bang up job. She was amazing. I mean absolutely perfect. Thank you for getting me connected with an amazing breeder and an amazing dog.

The process was wonderful until the flight was canceled because of the weather. Puppy spent the night in a WAGS HOTEL in Chicago. After I found out about the cancellation, I couldn't reach anyone by texting to find out about the next flight to SFO. That was Saturday night and I'm still trying to reach someone. No one answers their phones. I need help filling out the paperwork and it would great if I could get a call tomorrow from anyone who can help me. Constant communication, they are kind gentle and guided you in all the process! they have different delivery options and service and experience has been wonderful amazing! I think it’s wonderful how you have kept the communication going about Laney. From the first time I inquired about her until i received her at home.

This is our second pup thru Pawrade and we couldn’t be happier! The first time we used the Puppy Wagon (thru Pawrade) and this time, we picked the pup up ourselves. Our only complaint is that both pups tested positive for Giardia, the day we got em, which our vet says is common, and expected, in puppies but still a royal pain to treat and get to go away!!! We have recommended Pawrade to everyone!! ◡̈

Maybe some more photos like leaving, in the van, a stop. More photos from beginning to end. Also in her one and only picture to choose from She looked a lot more silver. Maybe three or four photos different positions of each dog. But overall I'm thrilled, You all did a great job great teamwork.

After getting our little fella ,Gatlin, we decided we needed to get his sister too. The experience was easy with a lot of communication between Pawrade, the breeder and myself. The only glitch was due to the Memorial Day weekend the nanny couldn’t get a flight as there were no stand-by tickets available So, I was reimbursed my nanny fare and booked a flight to Kansas City to pick up my little girl. It was great to meet her breeder and have the privilege of flying her home myself!
We received our little Goose (now named Archie) last Wednesday night and have been in love ever since. All of my questions were answered by your team whenever I had them and the transport process from Ohio to Florida was seamless. We took our new pup to the vet yesterday and he was deemed completely healthy and happy which is always a big relief when purchasing a pup sight unseen. He’s settling in very nicely and is so smart and we’re working on crate and potty training. Best money we’ve ever spent with this little guy!

We are so happy to welcome our newest addition to our home!! She is absolutely perfect and has been loved from the moment she arrived. Pawrade had been wonderful to work with, has answered every question and given us step by step instructions! We are hoping Sadie’s transition will be smooth and she’ll love us as much as we love her!! Christen did an excellent job dropping her off and was extremely knowledgeable answering our questions! It’s been a wonderful experience!

Parades was wonderful dealing with my needs for my new puppy. I only have one complaint: the delivery of my pooch was 2:30 am. The folks that delivered her were timely, efficient and respectful, but the timeline of delivery was awful!
