Everything went perfectly!! My only comment is that I thought the delivery process could use a bit more communication. Just an idea what day your puppy would arrive would be appreciated by many, I sure. I understand that there are many situations that can come up for the driver and it causes a lot of time changes. But, again just telling customers what day.....I sat waiting Saturday evening, which is the time frame I made up myself, Captain (Bolo) arrived Monday morning... I had sent a text to the drivers and they replied quickly. This has nothing to do with the drivers, they were wonderful. It's the process that should be looked at. All that aside, Captain is doing GREAT!! Eating, drinking, and sleeping very well. Thanks to the entire Pawrade team for a wonderful experience. Elaine Goode

I had an excellent experience with Pawrade. The customer service agents were very quick to respond to questions. The texting through Pawrade worked well! I was able to receive pics and videos of my puppy and get information from the breeder. All my questions were answered by the agents. The puppy was just as they said he would be and seemed to be well taken care of. The breeder sent many things with the pup to ease his transition. All in all it was a very smooth experience from start to finish.

Pawrade.com was absolutely wonderful! Their attention to detail is amazing. I would highly recommend Pawrade.com to my friends. My new little puppy is wonderful.
Everything went very smooth, communication was top notch the entire time. Could not have asked for better customer service, not to mention our new yellow lab is fantastic!
Our experience for adopting Stacey (now Maggie) was great from the initial paperwork to the delivery of the puppy. Customer Service made the process easy. We would recommend Pawrade to anyone who is ready to adopt a healthy, clean lovable puppy.

We found the most precious Papillon on Pawrade! He is absolutely adorable! The delivery was awesome! The delivery guys were great. I would totally recommend this site to anyone looking for a new puppy. Our puppy was delivered with no stress whatsoever, so we know the guys took extreme care with their precious cargo.

Bob is a friend to everyone he meets besides being the cutest boy around. He has become the apple of so many people’s eyes. 👀 He saw his vet who also fell in love with him. She said he was incredibly healthy. Bob and I are going to be so happy. Most of all he knows his name and “No” As everyone knows those are the first two things a new dog must know. I couldn’t be happier with my new puppy.

I was happy with the purchase and the quick responses to my questions. I also enjoyed the zoom meeting with the breeder and puppy. However, I was disappointed with the travel. I delayed my delivery of the puppy a month due to travel. It. Was great of the breeder to keep her. However, Pawrade did not look at the travel until the week I expected delivery. Found out there were no pet friendly airlines and changed to ground transportation. Although I preferred ground transportation for the puppies wellbeing, had it been addressed sooner perhaps I would’ve been able to get her sooner. Or I would’ve at least not expected 3 days earlier.

We love our new puppy. She is lovely, well socialized, and loves people and other pets. We drove 3 hours to pick her up. We were able to speak with the breeder to answer questions. Everyone was helpful and nice. I was even sent extra pictures I requested since we have 2 weeks after purchasing before we picked her up. It was a good experience overall.
We had a very good experience with pawrade. After being scammed for 2000.00 we were very afraid to trust anyone but we decided to go with pawrade and they were very reassuring through the whole thing while arranging for us to get and English bulldog named Chrissy. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way we were treated! We would highly recommend pawrade to Anyone wanting to get a puppy.
