I had a wonderful experience with Pawrade! Everything went very smooth and we received our new little furbaby so quick. She is wonderful!!!
The whole experience was very smooth and every representative was polite and excited for us over the phone. The only thing I feel could be improved is more transparency during the process. Money was exchanged, contracts were signed, and then there were two weeks of waiting. More updates like “the breeder was contacted,””the head to toe exam is scheduled for…” or “the nanny is locked in and we are looking for a flight.” Some puppy parents might not need details, but for us there was anxiety while looking for answers. Ultimately, we welcomed a beautiful puppy into our home and she is happy and healthy. The result is perfect! Thank you for everything.

They were a joy to work with! Very thorough-helped you step by step...lots of good info and reminders. ALways assigned a special helper for the process. Seamless through purchase and delivery and follow up. Pricey though-above and beyond the breeder cost!

Everything about this transaction was excellent!!!! The proof, of course, is the fact that Benjamin is one happy, healthy Bassett Hound which is a tribute to the care he received from his breeder and the seamless transportation from Missouri to Minnesota. Everybody was so kind and considerate!!! Ben arrived with all of his papers and vaccination records making the transfer of care to my veterinarian extremely smooth!!! Mackenzie arrived Sunday May 12 at 1:30 am. What a wonderful Mother's Day present! I met only 1 person from the van and he was very nice. Mackenzie was in good shape and she is as adorable as ever. We are currently working on potty training. She makes a lot of mistakes but sometimes does her business in the correct space. She loves when I hold her in my arms. She had an appointment at the vets on Tuesday afternoon. She is very healthy and has another appointment on June 4. It was great doing business with you. Thank you.

Yorkshire Terrier: Using Pawrade was an easy process to get a puppy. They always called me or texted me back right away. They answered all my questions. Once I chose the puppy I wanted and he was paid for. They sent information updates for his vet visit. We were able to hired a plane nanny to make sure our new puppy arrived safely. We met the nanny at the airport. He had all the necessary paperwork on our puppy. We would definitely use Pawrade again.

Mage is a great puppy. He has his crazy puppy hours, but he is a smart and friendly pup. The breeders did well. The initial process in locating a puppy and communications were excellent throughout the process. My only complaint with Pawrade is that the "contract" is so overly stringent in all of its stipulations as to be completely unrealistic. For example, saying that we can't put the puppy on the floor at a Veterinarian facility for fear of parasites is just not practical. Another example is the 72 hour rule for getting a puppy to a Vet is also fairly ridiculous...if you pick up your puppy on a Thursday, then you have to see a Vet the very next day because the weekend will wipe out 2 days, but that might not be possible due to a busy Vet and not being able to schedule; however, 72 "business" hours seems reasonable. In other words, the Pawrade contract seems to take the phrase "Cover your own ass" to ridiculous lengths. The contract stringency is why I only give 4 stars.

I purchased two puppies, same breeder/litter. The process was so easy! Great communication and everyone I talked to was professional and willing to answer my questions. I chose ground transportation for my pups. Prior to them being picked up I was contacted by the drivers who explained the process for them. I was given a link the day of pick up so that I could monitor their progress along the way. I was so pleased with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely use Pawrade again and would recommend them to anyone.

We cannot say enough about working with Pawrade and the Wonderful Breeder for our litter mates Delilah and Donna. They had there wellness checkup as required. Both so healthy, smart and Adorable! We appreciate the quality of animals and Breeders they represent. Love our Yorkiepoos! Thank you

All in all pretty good service after buying a $4000 dog wasn't expecting have to spend another $2900 for obedience training to not bite and terrorize 3 other dogs in the house buyer beware because introducing to socializing doesn't mean they won't bite other dogs or you.
Bella, formally Marnie, came in good shape. She was nice and clean when she got here. We were able to see her on route and met her in the driveway. Put her in the play pen so she could meet our whippet. Even our vet said she was in great shape. She is a sweetheart. We really love her.

The process went very smoothly from picking out our puppy to picking him up from the breeder. All our questions were answered promptly and we couldn't be happier with our puppy. I would highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking into buying a puppy.

Process for adopting my pembroke welsh corgi was easy. Pawrade was very good about answering my questions and keeping updated. My puppy was delivered by ground right to my door in timely manner. He came to me in good health and no illness from travel.

I was a little anxious buying my fur baby sight unseen based on a picture. However, the reps from PawParade were wonderful liaisons between me and the breeder. The breeder answered any and all questions I asked. She even sent me a video and updated pictures of my little guy! Working with PawParades was so easy from the purchase to the booking of my baby's flight from Kansas City to New Orleans. On the day of travel they created a 3 way text thread between me, them and the nanny. It was a great experience from start to finish. So great that I have a little sister for my little guy coming within the next week!!

First time trying Pawrade and enjoyed it so much I got two puppies in the process. The communication was awesome and the fact they put the wellbeing of the puppies as a priority meant a lot. The representatives were awesome with quick response and process details. The two travel companies The Puppy Wagon and Briar Farms were awesome in communication and delivery. Both puppies arrived happy and healthy with as little stress as possible. Highly recommend Pawrade!
Pawrade was fantastic! Always there to answer any questions. Most important they are trustworthy and I recommend anyone that wants a puppy. My puppy (Jones) his new name is Opie😊 we just love him.
