We are so delighted to have our new pup, Penny (aka Stella). She came to us with lots of TLC and is already a wonderful member of the family. The other pup with us, 8 year-old Bode, is a great BIG brother and while there are some "learning opportunities" (the Yorkie in her) still ahead of us with potty training, she is a dear little girl and we all love her. Pawrade is fabulous! They say what they believe and mean what they say. Thank you, thank you.

I loved my experience with Pawrade. There were so many wonderful puppies to choose from and I am delighted with the little cavapoo I got. I liked the chat feature so that you could communicate with the puppy concierge and other customer service representatives. They answered my questions within a short time and provided all the information I needed to get my Puppy into my arms. I would highly recommend Pawrade!

Victoria is getting used to her new surroundings. Mommie and daddy are attempting to get Victoria used to the outside, but she has inside and outside mixed up at the moment. She loves all the toys she has and she wants to play with her older sister, but Cuddles is not having any of it. That hasn't deterred her from keeping up the effort. Everything during the purchase process through the delivery process was great. The delivery folks were outstanding. They kept us updated throughout the delivery and arrived sooner than we expected. Thank you very much.

I got my pup, ELOISE; but, forTRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is just a photo of the esigned document...Is the photo enough for ELOISE's chip to computer that the dog is owned by me?..-TimBarlow 4416 S. LIPSCOMB St. AMARILLO TX. 79110...or, do I have to find who, actually, owns the dog when her vet reads the chip on Wednesday May 8th, 8:30A?

I went in the purchase with some hesitance as the Pawrade concept was knew to me. However, all employees and contractors knew what they were doing and and there was not one misstep. Now about the little Havanese pup. He could not be a better pup. Very little basic training needed. Pads did the work. After a little bit of getting used to each other. Oliver is a sweetheart. Thank you Pawrade!!!!

I only have one complaint. Your company should have a list of phone numbers of each branch or department. It's kind of hard, as a buyer to find the right (departments) person you were talking to ask questions.

Generally a good service. Quick and friendly responses and answers to questions. Room for improvement would be to explain the processes more fully and manage initial expectations. For example, knowing that I would have to wait over a week for the setup and delivery, it would have made me rethink just going to get her. And the 3rd party delivery service was GREAT, but again, knowing their process would have made me a lot less irritating as a customer who would have to ask a hundred questions because I just didn't know what they were doing. Maybe a pamphlet or something? The health guarantee coverage is exactly the opposite of what is listed on the description. The free first 30 days only covers illness and injury, not wellness. The first well visits with vaccines are NOT covered. You will have to pay for MetLife in order to get the “free” illness and injury coverage anyway, so that doesn't make much sense.
