Puppy and breeder was great. Pawrade was easy to deal with in ordering and paying for the pup. Significant issues however in organizing the pick up date, confusion and concerns.

The Pawrade staff made the process of adopting a puppy stress free. They kept an open communication with me and guided me every step of the way. They also provided very helpful resources for new puppy parents and even for those who are already dog parents but can definitely benefit from the helpful reminders shared. Our puppy arrived healthy and he is absolutely adorable.

I was very happy using Pawrade. New to finding a puppy on line and very suspicious of web sites, Pawrade was very professional and informative throughout the process. My only confusion was the 30 day free Met life policy. I thought the policy covered the first visit less the $50 deductible. When I called Met life, I was told the policy is for emergency situations. I did however purchase a policy from them that covered everything at 90% less my deductible . In my situation , Pawrade was great. My puppy arrived happy and healthy.

I thought the process was ok. What was lacking was information from the breeder or anyone who should have told me what his eating patterns were and how much. Also it would have been nice to know if Theo had ever been on grass or was completely kenneled. He didn't seem to be familiar with grass and the feel of it. Also the vet was wonder why you said no vaccinations for 10 days after arrival. She had never heard of that

This is my second time using Pawrade. I was leary the first time, there are so many scams out there. But I was proven so wrong. I love pawrade and feel very good about the care and attention each member takes in each step of the process. And the puppies are just the Sweetest. I highly recommend pawrade for anyone looking for a quality puppy.

Overall great experience! We got our new fur baby without any issues so far.
I am very pleased with my puppy. Everybody was very helpful and patient with me because the puppy I really wanted had a serious health issue. Everybody I talked to was very helpful. The transport guy was great. I would definitely purchase another puppy from Pawrade.

i'm sorry to say that this is the worst puppy we've ever had, the experience wasn't any better it was too complicated, and never really got to speak directly to the breeder until it was paid for and a done deal. this puppy has been sick from day one since we Gotter. I've spent a ton of money on her and she continues to have issues. i've raised many many puppies in my life, and I can't imagine having to give one back or give one up, but this is a serious consideration for us at this point

Pawrade did an excellent job in helping me find Tyson. He is a good boy, already potty trained when he arrived and learning commands. Well tempered. However, the delivery service they provided was far from a a pleasant experience. The delivery driver got into a car accident and my puppy was delivered late with an ear infection and had worms. He was supposedly checked on 11/9 and sent to me on 11/12. We went for his check up on 11/14. Not sure if he was ever fully checked.

Pawrade representatives lied to me about this puppy. They said she was not only housebroken, but doggie door trained as well. Plus, they guaranteed me a healthy puppy. None of this is true. I will never buy another puppy through Pawrade again.
