Never experienced purchasing a puppy from an outfit like yours. Was impressed with the fact there was a person that one paid, another person that was a concierge and another person that arranged the time and place for one to bring the puppy home. Was a little suspicious when it was mentioned to meet my new family member at a walmart parking lot. It was also kind of a let down. Figured that one would meet at the breeder's place or somewhere more in tune with the other aspects of the purchase. The breeders were very nice and the experience of working with Tony, Cindy and Lois was excellent. understand that it was for safety reasons but it still didn't seem right to meet in the Walmart parking lot. Would have given five stars if the meeting place was more appropriate.

Dottie was awesome and she is doing well. It wad a pleasure working with the people at Pawrade. The transportation service was excellent. You could tell they love their jobs. So far, Dottie is everything I expected.

Was over all happy with the service. However, the first delivery service was unprofessional with constant delays and lack of communication. The second service was excellent and very professional. I would have liked communication with the breeder to get info on puppy. I found that to be very hard to know about a puppy I have never met!
I received daily updates..the transaction was problem free. Everyone was very pleasant to work with.

Working with Pawrade overall was a wonderful experience - everything turned out just as we'd hoped and imagined! Their team was so kind, responsive, and helpful with our many many questions during the process of getting our new puppy, Woofy. Due to the breeder protection, it was difficult not to worry about the environment our puppy was coming from - but Pawrade built trust and assurance with us and the breeder was wonderful to work with in picking up Woofy. I would highly recommend using Pawrade if you want a trusted breeder and a team to take all the questions/pressure off your plate!

Overall good process. Did have some issues with the connection as we were not able to contact breeder for handoff until Thursday and we were already enroute. Breeder met us at specified location and answered all questions well. Our trip home went well as we followed directions and the puppies see the vet today.
Mabel who is Roxy is the best. We love her already. Very professional and caring for your pet.

To be honest, we love our puppy but the experience starting from the reservation onward was very frustrating. First the dog we paid for was already "sold" (breeder mistake) and so we choose a sibling instead. It was a very disappointing mistake. Second it took days to hear what was happening regarding the health check and shipping. Third we have had zero contact from the breeder despite me asking questions. Our puppy was delivered via ground transportation and apparently learned that is ok to poop and pee in her crate. She is being incredibly difficult to potty train. We are experienced dog owners and this is not our first puppy. I reached out to the breeder via our messaging asking for info on any potty experiences in their care since she is almost 20 weeks old. I have had zero response. I would never have let her travel that way if I knew she would be allowed to use her crate as a bathroom for 3 days. Horrible experience. If my puppy wasn't a love - it would be a zero star for me.

I would give y'all 5 stars but my puppy arrived 4 hours early to the airport and no one through Pawrade let me know. The airport in Myrtle Beach called when she arrived and gave no notice. I also am only giving you 3 stars because even on the vet paperwork my puppy came with stated that my puppy was free from ticks and flees she arrived constantly itching and I found multiple ticks on her body.

The whole process was wonderful. Layla is adorable and healthy and smart. The whole process was very organized from choice of puppy to information about care and then delivery right to my door (albeit at 1:40 in the morning). Very professional.

Everything was a smooth experience, the purchase and the customer service was great with Pawrade. There were times that no one answered the phone. The only thing I did not like was the delivery of the pet dog. I paid $1099 for the pet's flight. The flight nanny tried to board the plane many times on 9/24 on standby. The dog was too big for the carrier that he had. The flight nanny had a carrier big enough for a cat. The breeder had to provide a larger carrier. The nanny was a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines and he flies on standby for free. The nanny who lives in Atlanta had to stay at a hotel in Denver Colorado with the dog one night to see if he can board a flight the next day. The flight nanny asked me if I was supposed to pay him when he delivered the dog. I told him no because I already paid $1099. The breeder had to pay for the hotel stay. Finally, he was able to fly the next day. They used Next Day Pets to deliver the pet. Not a reliable company to use.

Well, you asked. Once Pawrade received my money, it was a completely different world. We require this...and we require this..they we really rude to me!! I really love my new puppy & I will take loving care of him, but I was treated down right terrible!! I received several emails for Transfer of Ownership with a picture of me & my new puppy long before I had received my new puppy, the last one with an expiration date on it!!! Give me a break!! The only good thing about Pawrade is Holly. I will NEVER buy another puppy thru Pawrade again!

Had wrong area code so we only received 2 Hour Advanced notice that our Two puppies Martin & George were arriving ! We were thrilled to get them and the 2 drivers were so sweet, kind & professional ! We renamed Martin ... Teddy And ended up keeping George's name! Both puppies are sweet, fun Never Ending FUN🎉🧸💞 They never stop playing with each other, getting both was a great idea!

Only thing I have negative is that alot about the dogs training with the breeder wasn't readily available. Was 18 or 19 wks when I got her and know training was started but I had to request the info and that had to be checked on your end to actually find out. Other than that, things are great

In general, the transaction went smoothly. We aren't 100% supportive of the delivery process with a van full of puppies in the middle of the night. Our biggest issue, though, is that she is not a "mini" as was described. She is a huge dog, and not overweight, but definitely not what she was advertised to be. All the if accoutrements that we spent a great deal of money to purchase are too small, from carriers (two!) to halters (now purchased in varying sizes to fit this fast-growing puppy).

You all did a superb job, getting Faye delivered to our home. We were well pleased with the communication you provided. Our veterinarian said she needed a passport stamp for each state. We were not able to travel the distance needed to pick up Faye to get her home. She is healthy and adjusting to her new home. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service every step of the way! I've never used a "puppy finder" service before and was a bit skeptical at first. But after working with "Kathy" my family was immediately at ease. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our sweet new Gracie! Perfectly healthy! Sweetest temperament! She blended in with the family right away.
