Great communication and we love our new puppy! Wags on Wheels delivered him and they were also amazing! The only thing I was a little upset about was I was told he had stenotic nares and I wanted to make sure if there was an issue they would help. They made me sign a paper saying they wouldn't and wouldn't let me get my puppy if I didn't sign and no one verbally got back to me. Now that I have him I don't think it will be an issue but it would have been nice to just have that peace of mind before I felt I had to sign. Everything else was great!

More transparency early-on needed re transport and also faster responses to customer questions after sale made. Pawrade staff are not educated enuf on transport to new homes. Comments they made re "up to 30 pups being transported at one time" was frightening. If not for the breeder, Ashley, I was planning to drive to MO and pick up my puppy. Staff did a very good job getting me in touch 2 times to talk with breeder, and Breeder was right: Wags on Wheels did a great job and kept in touch most of the way. My puppy arrived smelling fresh, clean and happy. Your staff need to thoroughly understand each step of the transaction and expectations on service. I am available for your questions. Thank you.

Amazing! I cannot say enough. The process was very professional and the animals safety always came first. I was a little nervous about transportation but they answered all my questions and put me at ease. All the tips that were sent was great too. Our little fur baby is home now and we are just filled with joy. I will definitely use this service again, who knows he may need a friend soon!

Unfortunately, it is always too late after the fact to make good choices. Your policy of "Not sharing the Breeders contact information BEFORE PURCHASE is a terrible way to buy a puppy. Even your breeders adds suggest talking with the breeder BEFORE purchasing a puppy. Your policy will unfortunately result in us not using your services again. We cannot trust YOU as a measure of compatibility for such an important purchase. We have learned a serious lesson. NEVER PURCHASE A PUPPY UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH THE BREEDERS FIRST.

I bought our puppy July 2023 and notified Pawrade/PetPay about his name change. I was informed on 07/21/23 that the breeder will be notified. We received our puppy on 09/23/23 @ around 3.:45 AM in NYC after 4 days of traveling. 1). The name change was not reflected on Pawrade/PetPay and our puppy's Health Records - Deworming, Vaccination, Rabies Inspection Records. 2(. This request was expressed multiple times to the Customer Service Liaison Ms. Destiny F, travel Concierge Ms. Morgan E. and multiple calls to Pawrade/PetPay. 3). Health Records, Vaccination, and Deworming History 4). Our puppy's name was written wrong by the Breeder. 5). Vaccination Records - dose was missing 6). PetPay's Forms Health Records sent didn't have our puppy's name. I appreciate it a lot if you can send me the right forms with his full name typed legibly in All his Health Records. Pawrade/PetPay's Ground Transportation was a 3rd Party. It was called "Pampered". This is questionable.

Disappointed!! Matty had significant skin infection requiring shaving his back for treatment from fleas and ticks. Mites in his ears required deep cleaning and medication. The needed veterinary care cost me an additional $419!!! Told to submit invoice, did so, but no response from you!! Extremely disappointed 😞 Ed Sears. How, if necessary, can I dispose of this very sadly neglected animal?? Please call or somehow advise me. Ed Sears 307 413 8775.

The Pawrade process is convoluted and a pain in the neck for the purchaser. I've never had such a horrible experience. Who buys something expensive without seeing it in person? Anyone purchasing through Pawrade. Anything I would say about your company would be horrible. There are a few good people who are reassuring, but most of the staff, especially in the after sales department are inexplicably terrible to work with. I would never recommend you to anyone else!!!!

Communication is not good. I was told the dog ate 3 different food . Hills Chicken Barley, to Purina puppy chow than a picture was sent to me hills chicken and brown rice. What is it? The puppy came with a different food all together. Secondly the puppy was not given all her vaccines. I was told the puppy would be fully vaccinated that was a lie. The breeder as per their paperwork . Refused vaccine boosters for the parvovirus and heartworm. Sept 10th I was told the puppy was 4.9 lbs how could the puppy be 7.4 lb that is 67% increase in body weight. The transportation guys Lloyd and Jason were great the called and sent pictures
