Pawrade provided me with the most excellent all round service in my search for a Bernedoodle to join our family. I would give the service 10/10. I got the most beautiful puppy I have ever owned. He came to me at 11 weeks old and extremely healthy, happy, friendly, very well socialized and well on his way to being house trained. I would STRONGLY recommend Pawrade based on the quality of service I received.

This is a cease of desist request. While the puppy is great and we will love him as we ever will be, however, you as service provider need to exam your practice. The whole experience is miserable and you all trying to suppress my review on Truthpilot (Ticket #21268573) and violate my 1st Amendment right?? If you all screwed up, own it and learn from it. You might be able to coheres Truthpilot to remove review, but there are other social media board, I will be sure to review there too. FYI: The puppy was not 8 lbs, but 29lbs, significantly larger, but bad information on that is least of your issue.

Read the fine print on shipping what a terrible experience. Can not give accurate time frame . Delivery of puppy at 4 am . This is ridiculous was told at first it would be 2 to 3 am. The puppy is fine all like the breeder said. Hard to get ahold of someone from Pawrade had to leave text messages and voicemails with no response. Except for one person who tried to help. Would purchase again possibly but arrange my own shipping.

This is our 2nd puppy from pawrade in 2 years and Devin and Destiny were excellent support helping us get Gucci our 8 week old English Bulldog. We decide to drive from Central Florida to Springfield Missouri and the trip was well worth it. Gucci is a very healthy puppy and he shows us everyday how happy he is to be our newest addition. Jojo our 14 month old Bullmastiff loves is new brother. Thank you Pawrade for making our home complete. Tito and MaryAnn L.

The whole process at the begining was really good, Pawrade always contacted me for the whole process, the only thing they could do better is the pick-up arrangements. The pick-up was kind of confusing because Pawrade asked me to wait for them to confirm that the dog was ready and in good health, this never happened, and the breeder contacted me directly to provide all the information.

I'm impressed with Pawrade, I would definitely adopt another puppy through this company only being that this was my family's first time with a puppy, the entire experience ensured us that we would not get scammed this why we took a chance with this company because their team does the work for you which made our adoption experience smooth sailing. So far our puppy is very healthy and we love him so much ❤️ he is an absolute sweetheart and very happy with his new family. We are in the process of potty training which isn't that bad he's a smart pup! When he arrived he did have a mild case of kennel cough so we've been giving him warm water with honey, his cough is now less then it was before. His was Payton online but we changed his name to Tux. Thanks Pawrade for all your hard work!! We will be back for a Westie :)

We want to assure those people that may be hesitant, that this is a legitimate company. We read lots of the reviews before purchasing our puppy and some had us concerned, however that was not our experience. We had a positive experience. Emma and team did a great job handling the whole process. Everything went smoothly and we now have a beautiful and healthy puppy. We recommend Pawrade.

Could not be happier from start to finish. Great responsive contact with staff. Transportation provider was so friendly and helpful. And, I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy pup. No contact with the breeder and I did not seek it, however, I can tell that he took loving care of my little one. He is so well adjusted and came with a care pkg. Went to the vet today and he is very healthy with good features. :).
