Pawrade was good to work with except the communication was a little confusing. Sometimes it was Pawrade and sometimes it was PetPay. I had to call in because I could not update information on the website for pickup info. Otherwise, I am very happy with Henry (fka Luis). He is energetic and happy. We picked him up and traveled home with him and he was very good in the car. He has a good appetite and loves to play.

Oh my gosh! Thank you, Pawrade for all your help in making the process easy. We are so very happy with our new puppy. She's already made friends with our other puppies. I was afraid in using any online service to make a big purchase, but Pawrade made sure to provide me with all the information to show each transaction and communication process were secure and private. We also want to say thank you to the breeder. She was so welcoming and thorough in educating us on how to continue providing the care our pup would need as she transitioned to her new home. The breeder documentation shows that the puppy has no heart murmur, but our veterinarian has found a heart murmur issue. The breeder isn't being entirely honest with the health condition of their puppies.

All went smooth. Diane was most helpful during the purchase process. Brian is everything I wanted him to be and more. Not sure I would repeat how i picked him up. 3.5 hour flight each way, with 25 min in between flights to pick him up and jump back on return flight. Not sure why I received Numerous emails from Pawrade with the same message during the whole process. Thank you

Everything's great the dog is amazing. The only complaint is the company that you guys use to ship the dog. I don't know if it's the company the airline, but it was a very bad experience even when the dog finally got here they kept it at the gate for two hours before they brought the dog to me.

Everything went smoothly. My puppy is adorable and such a joy! I would suggest, when sending emails, putting the role of the person in the email address if possible or subject line. Other than that, I enjoyed working with Pawrade.

We found Pawrade purely by chance online, and found the puppy which seems to had been destined to be with us! After reaching out to Pawrade, we were given constant contact and seamless help arranging for our new family member! After contacting the Breeder to coordinate our pickup date, we found the Breeder's name was the same as our youngest daughter, and her father had my name (Shawn) and her uncle (Father's brother) had the same name as our middle son! So I think our new Aussie puppy was definitely meant to be with us! We highly recommend Pawrade as the Company uses choice Breeders, provides excellent help and coordination, and will help you find that perfect family member! Thank you so much Pawrade!

My puppy's delivery date was changed from 8 weeks to a month later due to transportation issues, not health concerns. I was promised an F1BB standard goldendoodle but received an 8-week-old 5-pound F1B goldendoodle who has now grown to 16 pounds at 4 months. I feel misled and believe it's fraudulent. The delivery drivers wrongly claimed I hadn't paid the fee, didn't follow promised procedures, and the breeder informed me my puppy was an F1B, not F1BB. Dewclaws were supposed to be removed but weren't. I also received marketing emails before receiving my puppy. Be cautious when buying a puppy without meeting the breeder or puppy in person, as you might not get what you're promised.

I just got my puppy today and it was such an easy and positive experience! I was scammed from someone prior to using pawrade, which was really upsetting. Pawrade made it super easy to communicate and know everything i needed to about dog/breeder/etc. they kept me up to date, and i chose to have them bring me the dog and that service was so easy and convenient and safe.

On 8/31 i told you i didnt want to wait weeks after i paid for her ,on 9/3/23 i said i would get her as long as she was shipped with in a week of me paying for her ,i then paid for her including 1099.00 for airfare with a Nannie ,she was tentively going to be flown between the 10th to the 12th,who ever the nannie company you use said it was hard to get a flight out of springfield,i asked if we should look for ground transpotation and was told i needed to pay a extra 100 buck to even look into it,,afternoon word on the 17th i asked if i should just fly there and pick her up myself, i hope i was going to get a cheap flight as when i check back on the 3rd and even on the 17 i could have gotten and roung trip for under 500 ,so i could final come get her on the 27th but do to waiting so long the flight had increased to 1260.00 I am disabled andhad to take the flight which i had no problem with getting her out of springfield so not sure why your company you use told you that
