What a fabulous puppy Tillie is! She is so outgoing and loving and smart! The breeder must have loved her as their own as she started running and playing with toys as soon as came into house. The transport company Puzzle Piece had a wonderful man Christien who was very kind and loved Tillie. We are so happy with her and so glad we found her at Pawrade. Also all the staff at Pawrade were so informative and communicative! Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Some of the process to get my buddy had some hurdles but we got over them and I couldn't be happier! The people at Pawrade were very caring and they did see the whole thing through to delivery. Only suggestion would be I wish I had more information on the breeders as you really have to trust this process as they will not share any information with you.

I am very much in Love with my new puppy Kristoff. He is so handsome and we have bonded wonderfully. He brings much joy and happiness to me. Lois was always very helpful and kind when I had questions about Kristoff and would get answers for me quickly. The Puppy Wagon person was very nice the night he delivered Kristoff to me. What I don't understand is why they took the route they took taking from Monday at some time of day to 12:33am Sunday morning to get him here. He lived in Loogootee, Indiana and only had to travel a little over 1,400 miles to make it here , a two day trip. Yet he went down a southern route through California and back up to Wyoming to be delivered. He was stressed and had been chewing on his foot causing a sore on his left back paw. I was also told by the Puppy Wagon person he was eating the liner which is another sign of stress. For a three month old puppy that just seems to be a lot to put them through especially for the cost of transport.

I have a wonderful little puppy. You have been great I've never used a service before but you took care of every detail and delivered him in perfect condition. Your delivery people were also very professional. My baby came here happy, and clean. They sent comforting messages along the way. Sounds like the pets were having fun and enjoying their trip. Puppy was beautiful and healthy. Communication was very good except for refund details. Refund was split into random amounts. When I attempted to ask questions. Responses were delayed for days. Otherwise, communication with travel and all other parties was wonderful. Especially enjoyed hearing endearing comments from Len about the puppies on the road.

Was very nervous about buying a puppy here as I had been scammed twice . Pawrade was a great co to work with , they took care of everything, all I had to do was wait for him to get here and he did safe and sound .

Puppy arrived in excellent condition. He was very happy and well taken care of for the trip. Delivery folks were professional on delivery time and all the finalized paper work that had to be done.

I'm not what the confusion is. I was given a dog who was listed as Ruby I was given her medical records with her real name (Stella).bthen all medical records said Stella. Then, given her name again with her food bag. I'm concerned about puppy mill. She didn't did'nt receive proper car.?upset !

While I'd rather my money go to a serious breeder showing and working to improve the breed standards rather than to a backyard breeder, I found myself with few options and grateful to have found Pawrade, who at least holds their source breeders to humane standards. My pup arrived healthy and playful.

My husband and I are so grateful to Pawrade for helping find our sweet Mirabel. She's only been here a week but is settling in well and is proving to be the snuggle bug the breeder said she would be. Pawrade was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. The process was seamless from clicking 'Purchase' to when my puppy was in my arms. Highly recommend using Pawrade to find your next dog!!

1st puppy (Rachael) that I choose her in house vet appt showed 2 issues that if I took her wouldn't be covered by the medical insurance. I chose to get another puppy (Skarlett) which I was told I would have her on Saturday 10/14 the distance from me to the breeder was 4 hours. I didn't receive my Skarlett until the 18th that was 5 days she was in transport. I had to cancel her 72 hr. vet check 3 times and my personal vet could not get her in till the following Tuesday. Now Pawrade won't honor the contracted health agreement. I was promised an explanation on the reason transport took so long but have never heard back. I would never recommend Pawrade.
