Everything went well. Communication is hard because there is a lot of people in your case. It would a lot easier if you had one max two people to talk to. My dog is adorable and breeder is awesome

We are absolutely thrilled with Arabelle! The whole process was very professional and caring, from my initial contact, Tony, to Jason and Lloyd from the Puppy Wagon. All of the questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I appreciated the Zoom with Amber, the breeder. My apprehension with dealing with a third party was eased with every step of the very organized process. We couldn't be happier with our puppy and Pawrade!!

The process was very smooth. I would have liked to get her sooner but I understand transportation takes time. I loved being able to track her entire journey home. Grace was in great shape when she got her and I'm very happy to have her in my family.

The process was relaxing and I felt truly supported and helped from all the representatives. The delivery was smooth and the drivers were extremely respectful and nice to go above and beyond for my new amazing and most beautiful companion. Savanna has been a wonderful addition and does not hesitate to make her wonderful presence known to anyone. She playful, healthy, and loves to take naps. She is also intelligent and has learned quite fast and it amazes me how much as a puppy she can learn. Thank you once again and thank you to the breeder to allow me the opportunity to enjoy and have a life long companion. Cheers!

Very very please with Sandy. I thought the added prices were a little too much and then I was told I was also paying an adoption fee. I was buying not adopting. Which I thought was wrong but I had already been under contract. Then to have the flight added separately was a surprise.

Everything was great until I paid for my puppy. Once I paid and signed everything Reagan totally ditched me. Like as soon as she closed the sale she took days to respond to me. To the point where I had to just say hello? Hello? To get an answer. Once I had picked a day to pick up my puppy, and I tried to confirm with no success. I booked my flight, thinking that everything was gonna be OK. Once I landed where the puppy was living, I still had to ask for the Breeder's information. Once I got in contact with Breeder, he let me know that, the ball was dropped on the pawrade side. I was wildly disappointed.

I am very happy with Piper. She came to me in good condition and aced the wellness exam at my veterinarian's office. My only complaint is with Petpay.com. They sent me nasty texts and emails telling me I was late on my payment to them. I made it very clear when paying the deposit and delivery fees that I would be traveling most of the month of August and early September and not available to communicate. I was told by your team it would not be a problem. I later got a text from Aaron from Petpay.com demanding immediate payment of $3042. I didn't know who this person was and bawked at just sending the money to someone I never heard of..... threatening me that I could lose Piper. The manager at Petpay.com did get in touch with me again by text to make the payment. I am pleased with delivery and and the breeder's preparation of Piper. As for petpay.com I wouldn't give a favorable recommendation to anyone on their behalf.

The worst dog I've ever had. I've had seven pedigree dogs and this is the worst, most intolerable puppy I've encountered. He barks 24x7; he's ruining our lives. Believe me, he has everything: adequate crate, furry pads, room to run around outside, toys, everything. The breeder did nothing to socialize this dog.

Everyone at Pawrade was extremely professional and thorough. From the moment we initially contacted them until our precious pup was delivered, we knew exactly what was happening. Payment process was quick and simple, and getting pet insurance was just as quick. We used their transport service and the driver kept us up to date on ETA. Definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

Seem to be short handed / never could get me in touch with breeder-finally spoke to him after. Got the impression after the deal was done I was aloud to talk with the breeder. I guess service takes some of the work off the breeder, would do some extra research next time and work with breeder.
