Great communication regarding status and location while transporting puppy. Puppy arrived safe and sound. Very happy with service.
Oh my how do I say "Thank You, Thank You and more Thanks. I was a bit leery at first about an online purchase of a pet but I am so thankful for the service all have provided to me and us. I am truly in love with Mylo (Pablo) and my husband is in love as well, lol. Mylo has adjusted fairly well and he is happy and getting plenty love and getting spoiled. I especially want to thank Christie, Devin and a a couple others that I can't recall their names. We have Insured Mylo with MetLife Pet Ins. And he had his wellness check today and all went well. I am a believer in Pawrade. Thanks again and if someone else I know is interested in adopting a furry family member I will definitely direct them to Pawrade. God Bless you.

We love the puppy but it took a month to get her which we felt was too long.
Can't get better the process was so easy the communication was perfect everyone take care about the puppy and us the buyers Kelly hall amazing person
Pawrade was very thorough in making sure their puppies were going to a wonderful and caring home. We adopted two brother puppies at the same time and the experience created confidence that we were adopting two healthy puppies. We love them both!!!
Diesal arrived with some problems, and he is now the cutest little guy. His name is Liam Padraig, and he is a very confident little guy. He is very bonded and best friends with Iago now called Finley. Liam is still too small to play with Finn, so he is in a playpen within a large playpen area on our deck. They take puppy naps and bark and play and devour their food. Liam is especially proficient at tug of war with their toys and usually ends up with all of the toys inside of his playpen. They are both beautiful and we cannot wait for all of their shots to be completed to take them on a walk on our property. We are madly in love with both of them.

Puppy is amazing but customer service and communication are lacking. Of course, i understand you dont have to pay this much for a puppy and there are different routes to take, HOWEVER, for minute i felt like this company was scam and seriously second guessed by choice. Probably will not use again, very disappointed since I was contemplating getting our puppy a friend.

My puppy arrived in great shape, she was bright eyed and very docile. They said she did not eat or drink the first 2 days, but she has been fine since she has arrived at her home. The Travel people were wonderful, they arrived on time and explained everything to me took our picture and I signed off delivery papers. Great service!! She is everything they said she would be and more, I couldn't be happier with my choice of puppies. What a loving and smart dog she is, I am blessed to have her, if the breeder wants updates on her I will gladly forward any pictures if needed or wanted. Thank you for helping me get my perfect dog, she means the world to me. My 2 sons are just so in love with her also, she does not lack for any attention or cuddles.

WE ARE SO IN LOVE!! CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH, AKIRAS ARRIVAL WENT SMOOTHLY, SHE HAS BEEN BEHAVING AMAZING, THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER MADE. I WAS A BIT HESITANT IN THE BEGINNING DUE TO SO MUCH ONLINE SCAMS, BUT EVERYONE IN PAWRADE WAS SO NICE AND REASSURING DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. IF I EVER GET ANOTHER PUP IN THE FUTURE WOULD DEFINITELY DO IT THROUGH YOU. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

"Archie" who is now Oliver is absolutely beautiful! He has been an amazing addition to our family and already becoming best furever friends with my Frenchie. Working with Pawrade was such a stress reliever! They were very communicative and gave frequent updates and replied extremely quickly to any questions or concerns. However, and this is probably something that was out of Pawrade's direct hands… he arrived heavily infested with ticks! Which perhaps stemmed from the breeder, or happened in transit. What probably started with a few, during two days of travel, lead to an infestation by the time he arrived. :(

Pawrade was very easy to work with. The employees were great. We purchased 2 puppies through them and had a very pleasant experience. The puppies were strong and healthy and everything went smoothly.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pawrade. From the time we purchased our puppy, we worked with Donna who helped us get photos, sent informative messages and emails, and answered any questions we had. The most difficult part was waiting for our new puppy to arrive!! The transportation team communicated with us as our puppy was being driven to our front door. When he arrived he was in excellent condition and was only shaky for an hour or so. Our puppy is healthy and super smart! Donna told us that our puppy was using a doggy door with his breeder and litter mates, and almost instantly when he arrived he barks at the door to let us know it's time to go out. He has not had trouble eating and he loves to play and cuddle with his new family. I would 100% recommend using pawrade in the future to friends and family, and would not change anything about my experience.
Finding a puppy was easy. Contact and process was great and all my questions were answered promptly by my assigned concierge. I loved the GPS ground transportation tracking and knew exactly where my puppy was! Highly recommended and will use again in future.
Pawrade should rreceive stellar reviews. Their processes are thorough and requirements are professional for those wishing to purchase and love a new pet. Transport went smoothly, customer service went extremely well and description of the animal was accurate. All papers arrived with courier(s) as promised. I am so thankful I decided to research and go with Pawrade. Extremely impressed!
