Purchase with Pawrade was seamless. The only difficult part was making sure that the delivery company arrived before the puppies required 72 hour wellness check.
Great company and great service. Would recommend pawrade to anyone interested in getting a puppy.

We received our new puppy, Eliza last week. She is healthy, with a great temperament. We could not be happier. She has adjusted to her environment very quickly. Our other dog in our family loves her too. They are sleeping together already. No issues.

Great communication until puppy was delivered then crickets after delivery and I had problems. Delivery company screwed up and knocked on my door with the wrong puppy, then I had to describe my dog and they handed me a filthy mess. She was covered head to toe in dried urine and feces. I had to bathe her 4 times at 1am as she was delivered after midnight. The paperwork I received was not enough and I had to ask for the new ownership document. Then I researched the breeder and found numerous violations from USDA inspections of the facility and articles highlighting the kennel she was purchased from as a puppy mill in Indiana. No after care, no support after delivery. Never again.

Awesome experience I could see where she was with the tracker thing the whole time when she arrived she was happy, healthy and clean and the people were very nice. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a new puppy!

Our puppy arrived sick. We did everything that was suggested and finally took him to the vet to make sure it wasn't something more serious than just dehydration. He had Parvo! His veterinarian after review of his records that came with him, told us that his vaccinations came from Tractor Supply Company and she believed he received a vaccination that was outdated. Therefore he did not get the correct strength of the vaccine that would have prevented him from getting so sick. After several emails back and forth. Pawrade will not accept the tests that were done confirming the diagnosis, his Vet says there is no need to do the more expensive test. So we are now holding a very expensive vet bill. Oh…bTW the puppy is getting better so far, at least his blood sugar hasn't dipped and he isn't vomiting or has diarrhea . And is showing more signs of life. Not the scenario my elderly mom needed… 😕

I appreciated that he Pawrade staff are all very compassionate and caring. The flood of emails, not all of them being pertinent to the process, were overwhelming. "Michelle"'s real name is Thumbelina. Please call her that from now on. Thanks. Thumbelina arrived in great shape and she is doing very well. She is so very sweet and affectionate and she seems to be a very quick learner of simple commands. I am so very pleased with her!

We are over the moon! My wife and I have been searching for the right professional and trustworthy organization/company to add the four legged love back to our home for over 8 months. Thought that multiple Facebook and Instagram organizations were reputable but soon felt very uncomfortable and suspicious when it came time for payment. We kept searching online and offline. PAWRADE to the rescue. A website full of cute puppies wasn't going to cut it anymore. We needed to feel we were doing business with a company with backing and that a beautiful, healthy, natural pup would be found. From the initial email to the final in-hand delivery of our Shih Tzu, the communication and professionalism of Pawrade was terrific. Our nerves were quickly calmed with a phone call when question after question was effective answered with facts and proper expectations. We will from now on be constant givers of Pawrade praise to anyone that asks were we got such a wonderful pup. Aloha.

I was delighted with the responses and timely attention to my questions. The process seemed somewhat time consuming but it all led to a great ending.
The whole process was great. Once it got rolling it was constant communication about the process. If I knew then what I know now, we definitely would've flown him in. The anticipation of waiting for Scout for 4 days while watching his journey on the 360 app was unbearable. He is here now and is going to love his home as he will be one spoiled pup. Thank you guys!!
