Great to work with.
I love my puppy, she everything I was looking for! I would of never found her with out Pawrade. My only suggestion is I wish I had more information on the travel. My pup was flown from Texas to Washington 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. The girl that I was working with left the company on Friday, and it wasn't until the day of the travel did I finally hear from someone that she would be traveling that day. It took over 11 hours and 3 flights, but she made it just fine and the travel nanny was excellent! But, next time COMMUNICATE! tell us the expecting parents what is going on, let us know the customer service person left and who our new contact is. Also, each service had different hours, some closed at 5 eastern time. Others at 7 eastern time. That's 3 -5 pm Pacific. All in all, I have a very beautiful, healthy puppy. Thank you

Such a smooth process. Everyone was so super helpful and our puppy got to us healthy and so happy!

Horrible communication from the pawrade team. Would leave messages with no response, had to track down someone to talk to. Was told puppy was ready prematurely. Overall not a great experience. But I will say I have her now finally and all is well.

This was our second time using Pawrade. The service is comparable to fine dining. If you are looking for a exquisite puppy purchasing process this is your place. Both our puppies are perfect and were handled with care.
This was the first time I had ever purchased a puppy before and the whole process was seamless. They were in constant communication with me and answered every question I had. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a pet
The pup is great, however, communication could have been better. First of all we had no idea we would have a middle of the night delivery. Also all the messages I received said NOT to get any vaccines for 10 days, however, the paperwork we received from the breeder's vet showed no vaccines. At her first vet visit here, I called several times to get clarification but couldn't get anyone on the phone. We went ahead and vaccinated her here hoping she wasn't getting them twice.
They're terrible. They sent me the wrong dog and broke my heart after demanding it back via legal and financial repercussions.

This is not about Teagan, This is about a nightmare that I am into since I received the wrong puppy. I never expected that a mistake in a delivery could lead to such a profound emotional journey. Recently, I was mistakenly delivered the wrong dog (Trinity). Despite the mix-up, something unexpected happened – I formed an immediate bond with this beautiful creature. For someone like me, undergoing treatment for depression, this bond was a ray of light in my often challenging days. But now, due to the mistake, I've had to say goodbye to her. It's hard to describe the pain of losing a furry friend, especially one that brought so much joy into my life, however brief our time together was. I know it wasn't the dog I was supposed to get, but from the moment she entered my life, she carved a special place in my heart. The very cold calls with no empathy from PETPAY made me suffer in double. In the end, for them is all about business, and for me the dog was all about love and care.

Overall a good and easy experience. Couple things that could have gone better: 1) I did not receive an ETA so was surprised when my puppy arrived at 6:15am. 2) My puppy's profile said he was 2lbs, and he is actually 13lbs so nothing I got fits. I'm guessing they never updated it from his birth weight so make sure to ask for an updated weight.
He is very very cute.
Everything went smooth and everyone was delightful to work with! Theo is home and happy!!
We love our new family member Neo( originally Chien) everything went smooth and communication was easy and super responsive! Defiantly going to get our next puppy here!
