I had a great experience with Pawrade! I have used family breeders in the past - Pawrade made things so much easier. They centrally coordinate vetting individual breeders, provide an online interface available 24/7 (family breeders vary dramatically in communication practices), and arrange reliable and trustworthy transportation. I was able to select a pup, communicate with my specialist about details and timing, and the pup was delivered to our door as promised using a GPS app that showed her location. She was in excellent health and clearly had already been well socialized by a family breeder with children who played with the pups. My local vet said she was perfect! We adore her, and Pawrade made the process so much easier and less stressful. I know the costs may be a bit higher than some listings, but the price is well worth it for the peace of mind, reliability and efficiency. I have already recommended them to my daughter in law and she is expecting her pup this month!

Pawrade was great. There was some miscommunication with my puppy's transport date, but he arrived in great shape and I'm over all extremely happy.

I loved Aiden the first second I saw him! The only problem is he is EXTREMELY UNDER WEIGHT! He refused to eat or drink for 24 hours so I had to force water down his throat. I was worried for his well-being. I have been hand feeding him enough to get him by. Wags on Wheels delivered him clean and gave me many updates on their progress from Indiana to Maine which took four days. They were professional and very nice. I would advise anyone that is able to pick up their puppy their selves as I believe four days of travel was extremely hard on him.

I was doubtful at first because I thought Pawrade maybe a puppy mill. IT IS NOT. They give guarantees and work with you to find the best puppy and then they have fast transport and multiple guarantees that you will receive a healthy loving pup. I highly recommend. I love my Benji!!

Everything went pretty well with Pawrade. I really appreciated everyone's help. There was a little confusion about communication as there were several options to do so (message center, email, text). I didn't care for getting a different team member. The transport team was great, even though communications didnt start where I was expecting them to. But overall, they did a great job re: my new puppy and we are over the moon thrilled with him!

Lily is just beautiful and very healthy. I must admit I was nervous to buy a puppy without seeing her in person. But she's prefect. The delivery went very smoothly and they were very responsive to my concerns about arrival. They were very knowledgeable out puppies! And she was very clean, no anxiety symptoms at all.

We are so truly in love with our new addition to the family. Pawrade by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction when searching for our new fur baby. I highly recommend. We are already searching for another baby to bring home.
Excellent communication, this is our 2nd puppy from here. Shipping does take a few days and can be expected at any hour, she arrived at 2:30 a.m., not an ideal time but it comes with the territory..
Well to say Encanto is a sweet angel is an understatement she has adjusted so well with the rest of the pack that she knows this is home. She loves harassing the cats too. She's a small girl and happy she is part of our family can't wait for next month for the next one to join our pack. It was about a 5 1/2 hr drive to where I picked him up and another 6 hrs home, he emptied his stomach a couple of times on the ride home. But is such a happy boy and full of energy, overall everything was perfect!
Working with Pawrade was smooth and easy. The care of the puppy is a priority and they make sure they're going to good hands. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend using them to find your next pet!
Communication and my sweet baby are perfect. Areas of improvement: 1. The puppy I picked I planned perfectly for after my trips during the month only to find out my girl was older than listed and would be delivered a month sooner. 2. Late night/overnight deliveries should be told to the buyers well in advance. As a Working mom, getting a late night 12 am delivery was unexpected and not appreciated. I love my girl and would otherwise recommend your company 💕
The advisors were very helpful and answered every question. They did some digging to find a good match since I had some restrictions. When I had trouble with a link they worked with me to resolve the issue. The delivery folks were great and took great care of the puppy.
