Overall, very easy and efficient to work with Pawrade. I greatly appreciated the ease of communication and the Puppy Guide with checklist and things to prepare for. I would have liked to see more consistent communication between Customer Service and Travel Consultant.

Pawrade did a wonderful job with the purchase of my beautiful Shiba Inu. It's sad that there is a very real need for this service as there are so many SCAMS with purchasing puppies. I was sure I was scammed, but not at all. Pawrade earns all 5 stars from me and I am so grateful for all service agents who helped in the process. Every question I had and request I made was attended to with great care. Thanks Pawrade!!!!

The best experience ever. Pawrade got me in contact with the breeder which provided additional photos, video, conference calls. All questions were answered promptly. The purchase transaction with quick followed up by a concierge who would deliver the new puppy to me. There was constant communication, documentation to ensure all parties involved, breeder, Pawrade, transportation nanny, that my new puppy would make it to its loving new home. I was so happy with the service that I purchased a second puppy from the same breeder a few days after receiving our first puppy. I highly recommend Pawrade!

Overall, my experience with Pawrade was very satisfactory! I looked for over a year at different sites, breeders, breeds, and even whether a dog would fit into our lives at this point in time. With Pawtade, I could look at puppies of many different breeds everyday! I got a realistic idea of the breed's characteristics that would blend with our lifestyle. The people were very helpful and answered any questions I had. They were extremely helpful in facilitating the final adoption and delivery of the puppy I picked. He is even cuter in real life than he was in his pictures. We are delighted with our puppy! We have only had him four days and I can't even imagine now living without him! Pawrade was very helpful to us.

I still cannot process what a horrible, devastating experience this has been for my husband and I. There are not enough negative stars to give a rating. After a three and a half days transport from Ohio, our tiny 3 lb puppy arrived here 2.6 lbs. Fuzzy Trails Transport arrived Friday morning, rang the doorbell, handed us the puppy, got in their van and drove away. We had no information if the puppy had eaten or drank. The puppy refused to open his little jaws to take in any kind of nourishment. After numerous IVs and force feeding every two hours, Roscoe passed away Wednesday morning. We are heartbroken. Your Health Guarantee is a joke and should be advertised as such. If a puppy arrives hypoglycemic, travel stressed and unable to eat, this is not covered. You cannot possibly imagine the pain we are going through nor do you care. I'm sure these comments will not be read , posted or responded to. There is another emotion we are also feeling right now, and that is anger that p

We love our new puppy, but she gave us quite a health scare when she arrived. Pawrade's paperwork said we'd get our puppy 2-4 days after she was picked up for transportation. She arrived at our house EIGHT days later! She had stress related ailments but we got her to the Vet in time. If you buy from this company INSIST on air transportation if it's more than a days travel. Communication with the transport people was almost non existent and obviously Pawrade wasn't in contact with them while on the road either. To claim that they have the animals best interest and health to us seemed disingenuous. For the best interest in health of your pup, we'd have to recommend against using Pawrade.

Didn't realize how long ground transport would be- would've opted for air (30+hours!); breeder didn't socialize 6-month old puppy with humans. Jillian is very cautious and slow to trust.

Satisfied. Like it when they are always in touch with you. Had my doubts at first because of all the scammers, actually got scammed once. Extremely satisfied and if anyone is looking for a pet and doesn't want to be scammed, I highly recommend pawrade.

Our experience was great! From the first contact all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I was able to call & ask questions as they came up and our cute little baby was delivered to our door freshly bathed after traveling to us by auto (our choice) which took a couple days. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone considering them.
