The good: Excellent communication from the staff. Whenever we had a question, a response was generally pretty quick. The website was quick and easy to use when it came to selecting our new pup. The pictures were well done and up to date. We really enjoyed the updates and live tracking during our puppy's road trip. The bad: The food listed in the messages was incorrect (or rather, not specific enough), which left us getting the food on the exact same evening that our puppy arrived. We had to ask multiple times for the brand name of the food and it took a while to get a picture of the bag from the breeder. The brand wasn't a generic name either, so we had to order from a very specific website, which added to the delays. It worked out in the end, but had the exact food been listed correctly from the start, it would have saved a lot of stress and confusion. Our puppy also has giardia, tape worms, and coccidia upon the fecal test coming back. No blame, but worth noting.

This tiny puppy is absolutely perfect. He has all the personality traits of a Dachshund (stubborn, strong willed etc) but he is also the sweetest dog I have ever held in my arms. I simply adore him.

This was an amazing process. From the beginning to the end, I always had contact and access with someone to help answer questions or inform me of the next procedure. The staff was very pleasant and truly cared about the puppy and my family. We love our new golden and he has already adapted and adopted us as his own ! We are looking forward to many wonderful years together. I can not thank this company enough for the joy they have brought to my family.

I am little disappointed because I was told my puppy will be delivered at age of 12 weeks but they delivered him when he was only 8.5 weeks. I was getting pictures and video after several request.

I was super happy with the service from Pawrade! I live in Canada, and had to have my puppy flown into Seattle. Everything went very smoothly, and the Pawrade representatives were communicating with me daily before we picked her up. I highly recommend this company for its efficiency, its communication, its high quality of animals, and the way they choose their breeders. I took my puppy to my vet as soon as I got her home, and my vet says that she is in perfect condition! Thank you, Pawrade, for making our puppy dreams come true!

I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. I am so saddened by how my puppy was treated. When we first considered this purchase we called and asked where the breeder was located and were told Missouri. When we asked how we would get the puppy from Missouri we that they have an amazing travel concierge and they take great care of the puppies. We considered driving to Missouri, but were discouraged from doing that because it would be better for the puppy to take a flight and arrive in one day. After we had already paid for the purchase of the puppy and the additional travel purchase, we learned that the $700 doesn't pay for flight travel, but rather having someone drive the puppy to us. We stupidly made the assumption that this meant STRAIGHT to us. The day of travel we learned the route would be MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ, CA, NV, UT, WY and then CO. Our puppy was in his kennel in the van for over 90 hours. Unacceptable! This should absolutely be disclosed by Pawrade before purchase!

I took my time getting a Dog as they are very Expensive, but Pawrade has the Best Variety of Dogs you could ever ask for. On the Day of my Sons 15th B. Day, I saw Ozzy ( Cavapoo) and knew right away, he was the one. And he is everything we could hope for! Pawrade made it all so easy too. And the Delivery service was excellent! Best decision I Made was sticking with Pawrade & getting the right Dog. Thx!

Best experience. From beginning to end. I was soo skeptical throughout this journey because I was afraid of getting scammed. I read their reviews and went with it. 100% recommend. My little maltipoo came all the way from Missouri. It was a 4 day trip. They sent me a link to an app where I could track them 24/7 down to the street. Hayden arrived in great condition ready to play!!! I can't recommend Pawrade enough . They keep in contact with you continuously. Any questions they are right there to answer. 💖💖💖💖
