This is my third puppy that I have purchased from Pawrade. I received numerous pictures whenever I asked for them and everyone was friendly to me. I was a little skeptical on them bringing him by driving my little boy and everything went perfect! I highly recommend Pawrade. The breeder was a wonderful lady in which he had multiple vaccinations, including rabies and his microchip. Thank you to the wonderful breeder that I experienced for my little guy Shadow, previously Pappy.💕💜💕

I was referred to Pawrade by another happy customer. I felt more confident in acquiring my new 4-legged family member via this service than some other websites out there. I do think a bit more information is needed at the time of pet pickup. I had a 5 hour drive to the pickup point and only received a phone number for the breeder the morning of my pickup, after the time I was originally going to depart. I wasn't sure if the transaction was going to happen, and since it was a weekend morning and outside the normal business hours, it felt like I'd been ghosted for a bit there. I had attempted to get this confirmation at 2:30 pm the day before, but was told the vet appointment was at 4 pm and I'd be contacted after that. No contact until the next morning after I had left multiple messages via phone and app. It all worked out but it was a very stressful addition to an otherwise well run process.

What an amazing experience! Who knew purchasing a puppy online could be such a smooth, professional, and educational, process. Pawrade worked with me closely every single step of the way. It started from the moment I expressed an interest in our sweet girl by responding to us almost immediately and continued with answering questions, providing outstanding information to help us be prepared for her arrival, and also helping us get her to us from the breeder who lives thousands of miles away as safely and comfortably as possible. This little girl not only got taken care of very well by two very kind people who obviously love their job, but I got to take the journey with them with an app. I could see where they were, what street they were on and their ETA! Who does that??? Pawrade really wants to make sure these puppies go to homes that they are going to be cared for. What a blessing "Wicket the little Wookie of Norway Rd" has become to our family! Thank you, Pawrade! ❤️

Pawrade made it very easy to find exactly the puppy I was looking for. The transaction went smoothly and the concierge/nanny service that delivered our pup was top-notch. Our new puppy arrived looking just as we expected, tired after his long day of travel, but healthy and is thriving in his new home. My only feedback for room to grow is that I wish there was a more streamlined way to complete and submit the tasks required and for communication. Some things were communicated (and documents needed to be sent/uploaded) through the app, others via email, and still others via a separate text. I'm still not sure I "checked all the boxes". But we are very happy with our pup!

While I understand the need for anonymity and communication streamlines, it was incredibly frustrating to speak to someone new at every stage of this process. Two admins from interest to purchase, another new person after purchase, ANOTHER new person for transportation and then a potential fourth party transporter. It would have been much easier to speak to one single representative from Pawrade from beginning to end of the experience. I also would have liked to have direct access to the breeder once I paid in full for the dog. While I respect the intention to keep anonymity, it was incredibly inconvenient for the purposes of planning the exchange of the puppy from the breeder to me. I am pleased with the puppy and happy we have him, but I don't think I would recommend this process to someone interested in buying a dog.

We are pleased to say how very happy we are with Molly. We changed her name to Molly at first sight! She responded quickly to that name and it stuck ever since! She brings joy to our hearts! Molly gets along with our two other boxers very well. Both of our older girls gave Molly a kidney dance, which indicates that they both welcomed her to the family, which was a beautiful site to see . In fact Molly bosses them around and plays like she's a big fur baby. Thank you so very much and especially the gentleman who brought her to us. Very professional, courteous, and kind. They did their job like pros! We are very happy with the whole experience! Thank you!
