My puppy is sweet and has a great personality. My puppies' overall health is questionable. According to the vet she is underweight and the vaccines she has had are unclear. The food I was advised she has been eating she will not even touch.

Parade was so great to deal with…that is until we took possession of our pup. Our new little guy has some unusual things going on leading us to believe we were not told everything about his history. When I asked the contact about this she said she had no history info and I needed to go the breeder directly. How can you NOT have this pup's history?? Also, breeder has never replied to me. Our vet is convinced this pup was from a puppy mill due to many red flags and should that be the case, I'm just appalled. Hopefully all will end well and our pup will have a long healthy life.

This is the second time we have obtained a puppy from Pawrade. Our pugs have the same parents. Pawrade made that happen for us. Pawrade made the entire process easy both times, treated us so nicely, and, most of all, made sure our puppies were safe and healthy. Pawrade always puts the well-being of puppies first, and I have total faith in the entire company. Every person we worked with deserves our thanks!

The process was easy everything went great. Except the transport of my puppy and that wasn't too bad , but hard on my puppy it took 3.5 days to get her to me and she was stressed out when I got her. It took the whole weekend for her to unwind. Now she is at home and relaxed.

I love my Primrose. I renamed her GiGi. She is adorable and quite a handful. She is glued me. I don't dare be out her sight for 30 seconds or she cries and comes pitter-patting to me to be picked up. When I am cleaning up the kitchen, she goes in the living room and sits on the floor right next to the recliner she and I always sit in. She plays on my lap for hours at a time. (It's a good thing I am retired) A real pleasant experience.

The puppy is great and doing fine. Delivery was easy and smooth, but communication needs work. My messages were sent to my landline, so I never got them and didn't know until I got a nasty email saying that my contract was going to be canceled. So, because of that, i would give you a 6 out of 10 because that is a major and very basic mistake.
