I think you should have told me about her hernias sooner. I would have still taken her but you would have seemed more honorable. I think you should pay for her surgery. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

The Pawrade agent was very helpful and patience with me, with the many questions we had. They made the hold process very easy. The breeder Kris was very kind and helpful with information for Zoey, which was her favorite and could tell Zoey was attached to the her. Would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a puppy.

I wanted a slightly older Boston Terrier puppy because I didn't want to do all the training with a little one. I could not find one anywhere. I found my perfect pup on Pawrade. He was 18 weeks old and adorable. I picked him up out of state and drove him back home. I could not ask for a better pet. He is healthy and beautiful. He has an incredibly good temperament. I had a scare shortly after I got him home. An inexperienced vet incorrectly diagnosed him with a health issue. I was terrified and didn't know what to do. Both the breeder and Pawrade were supportive and guided me through the process. I could not have had a better experience.
It was a great experience. Very professional team that help us to meet our fur baby.

Everything was as it had been explained. The puppy did arrive with an upper respiratory infection which required a trip to the veterinary and was placed on an antibiotic. Otherwise she is in good health already today she appears to be active

My puppy is everything I could have asked for, only reason it's not 5 stars is cause the process was stressful and lengthy. Multiple delays and repeat listings went up of the dog I had reserved, and it had me concerned if this was legit. The customer service was great, they quickly took care of issues and assured me otherwise. So glad I went this route though as I wouldnt trade my little boxer girl for anything.

Entire process was awesome and puppy is perfect. We love her. Nick named Astrid as Jelly Bean. Did have a question on brand of food we should use. She came with a zip lock bag of small kibble, but no label. We are very happy.

My customer service representative was great, but our travel coordinator was not. She ignored several of my emails, made no effort to accommodate our request to have our dog shipped on a different day, and on the day of her planned arrival she arrived 7 hours early with no notice from the travel agent. We love our new dog, but the travel coordinator's failure to do her job concerns me greatly!

The concierge are nice. However I don't think they know the surroundings of the breeders.We purchased our puppy through pawrade. Out puppy had ticks and 2 parasites. I wasn't happy with the excuse of a plane ride waking up parasites these parasites were from our puppy eating his and the other puppies pooh. Those parasites were there well before the plane ride . So be careful when buying on line site unseen.You are better off finding a breeder so you can see the surroundings of where your future family member comes from.

Our adoption process of our little girl Heidi (now Bailey Rose) was pretty easy & painless. The whole team with Pawrade that I came in contact with was fantastic and kind and helpful. I felt they truly cared about me feeling comfortable and confident in the process and in our choice of puppy. My ONLY complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is that the final vet head to toe check was lacking. She had a tick infestation that couldn't have been missed with even a minor look-over, and her tail end is either broken or deformed. Neither are deal-breakers by any means. She's the most precious pup. But I'm curious what else was missed and what my vet will find upon her 72hr checkup.

Your "Susan" is now our Cinnamon. A beautiful and very calm sweet puppy. She's been with us less than 48 hours at this point, but has completely won my wife over. Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and easy to work with. However, not all of the questions we had for the breeder were answered. We assume that the Pawrade concierge passed on all of our questions, but not sure as we were never able to communicate with the breeder directly. There are a few minor medical concerns, but we aren't sure if they originated during her journey across the country to us from exposure to her travel mates, or she had them before that. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience to get our new pup to her furever home.

I tried to write my review/comments down. But quickly ran out of room in the space provided. This is the first time I adopted a puppy online and I will never do it again. I was let down and felt misled at every turn. I really want nothing more to do with Pawrade. I feel this website and affiliated breeders will do anything to sell a puppy. My only happiness is that I found Zella now Jem. Jem will be cared for in the way that she deserves.
