Getting our new puppy through Pawrade was a super smooth process. They were very attentive and great communicators. Allowing us to ask questions at each step. & Setting up a call with the breeder so we can get an understanding of our dog's energy and personality. Loved having the messaging app and the reminders of what we needed to do. It did not feel overwhelming as they took us step by step. Delivery was via Wags on Wheels & they sent tracking via Life360 app so it was fun to watch and see "yay, our puppy is in MN...yay he's just a few blocks away!"

Good service, could have been better after we picked up our puppy. I've reached out on multiple occasions trying to get transfer of ownership paperwork with no response. Feels like once I submitted my payment customer service went out the window.

Had a pretty bad experience. Pawrade hid the size of the dog I adopted despite knowing exactly how much she weighed when I first enquired. The dog I purchased was half the size of the standard for the breed, and her litter mates were all much larger. Further, it was like pulling teeth to get information. The poor pup looked like a stray when I picked her up and smelled terrible, like she hadn't had a bath in a very long time. She shows every sign of being from a puppy mill, not a reputable breeder. She didn't know what grass was, despite being 7 months old has has no "potty training" and won't venture out from her safe space without being alone in the room. We will love her through this and help her understand that she is safe now, but I'm def not done with pawrade or the breeder for the obvious cruelty.

Very satisfied with the procedure, delivery and follow up as well as the precise instructions! Arrival of the pup was almost exact to the minute as it had been planned. Condition of the puppy was excellent and vet already confirmed its overall perfectly healthy status! Extremely satisfied with the care and client treatment, Pawrade can only be highly recommended!

When the driver got here he didn't have any food and the envelope said Apollo but the correct info was inside the envelope. You did communicate a lot but in the beginning I was kinda left hanging was he going to fly or be driven. Because I was called and told that transport would not drive from Tx to NH but then a day or two later I was told he would be coming via transport. A lot of messages I received were duplicates

The puppy concierge was amazing. His name is Kenny, and he responded quickly to any question I had and was helpful with the process of purchasing the puppy. Once it moved onto to Morgan the travel person the service dropped off. We wanted to make arrangement to get our puppy on Saturday which Morgan said oh that is pretty quickly. After meeting with the breeder we found out the travel agent asked the breeder to push off the last vet visit to this week. Well trying to get travel set through Morgan was very difficult. They only would answer until 10:00 am and it was stressful. If you aren't going to be available during regular working hours then say so! I am beyond happy with the breeder and my new puppy. Pawrade needs to work out the bugs with arranging travel if you are flying in to another state to get your puppy.

Piper's name is now Hannah. She is such a cutie. She is super mischievous. Did she like to chew on hands and ankles and pants when she was with the breeder? She is getting better each day with this, but she let's you know when she is bored. She has tons of toys, but still likes to chew on your hands. She is also really sweet. I can tell she is going to be a really nice pet, when the teething is over. She loves to roll on her back for belly rubs and likes to kiss before she starts nibbling on your face. She is very loved already. She is going to go to puppy training in May, which is the earliest we could get her into training with the trainer. I am still keeping her apart, mostly, from the other 2 pets we have, because I'm afraid of them getting cut with her razor sharp teeth. She is a sweetie and my husband and I love her so much. Just trying to get her past chewing on hands, legs, ankles and pants. Do you have any suggestions to help with this?
