We picked up our new puppy on 1 Aug. She handled the flight from Kansas City fine. Seems very healthy, alert, very vocal about wanting out of the airline kennel. Ha! Cute as all get out. Got in to Vet. on 5 Aug. Vet said excellent condition. Getting along with current dog fine. All the folks at Pawrade took care of the transaction very well. Great communications and handling of details. Thanks to Carli and Reagean!

This was the smoothest puppy purchase ever. The communication was amazing. And the transporter took such good care of my puppy. He was freshly washed and fed and his transition seems so easy. We are so happy!!
We have been very pleased with the entire process. From the time my wife and I expressed an interest, until the delivery of our new family member, it has been a very positive experience. The communication was always spot-on. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Pawrade's communication is terrible. When I would send a message it would take FOREVER to hear back from them…To the point where after 3-4 messages (and not hearing back) I would give up and call!!! My puppy came home LAST NIGHT and I just got an email check off list and Esign documents for PRE pickup!! Way to drop the ball. Although my puppy is adorable, PAWRADE is not a company I would recommend…unless you want to be frustrated throughout the process!!!!

We got our Toy Poodle puppy, Ruby, through Pawrade and I couldn't ask for a better experience. They took all the guess work out of getting a new puppy. Customer service was excellent. I was supported all the way from first contact to my puppy arriving. I received daily emails, texts or phone calls with information from what to expect when the puppy arrived to how to care for her going forward. I was allowed contact with the breeder which was very important to me. My puppy arrived with a travel nanny and was handed over to me directly. Because of that attention to detail, my puppy arrived stress free. The following morning at the vet check he said that she was an excellent puppy, and that he couldn't believe she had just been on a long journey the previous day. Pawrade was the best experience that I've had in a very long time. Everyone that I talked to always followed through with what they said that they would do. I usually don't give reviews, and never 5 stars, but these people deserve this 5 star review. Love our new puppy!

The puppy is lovely and excellent quality - initial communication was great and fortunately i was able to continue to contact that person thru out as the next person was less communicative. Then there was an accident with the truck transporting the 24 puppies to their end destination...my pup is petrified of being in a crate and I can only assume it is because of being caged for 3 days in one...the end result was i did receive a lovely puppy - but the experience was laced with challenge -
The service was excellent. The people were kind, courteous, professional.

We got toy cockapoo from Pawrade and that is what we were looking for. Puppy adapted instantly to new house and loved by all the family. There was ear infection found on the first visit to vet, but otherwise is the healthy puppy. I have applied for reimbursement with MetLife as instructed. Cockapoo is very intelligent, playful, I would say, balanced dog who likes to be around people and other dogs. We will be looking for another dog soon to be companion to this puppy, so they can stay in playpen through the day without getting lonely. We will consider Pawrade for our next puppy as well.

Pawrade team directly was great. Transporter was terrible. The transporter chosen by Pawrade provided little to no proactive communication. The absolute worst part is that our little guy arrived with a double ear and respiratory infection. Knowing what we know now, we would have factored the cost of a round trip ticket to pick him up in person. We were told 2-4 days for our pup to get to us. In reality it took 6 days. Pawrade relies upon the transporter to communicate with the new family. It seems they have no awareness of the actual well being of the pups in travel, route, or details that are important to new pup parents. Our pup went from AZ to CA then who knows where before arriving in MI. If we have known he would have been in a car for that long up front, we would have made other arrangements. Our little guy is doing a lot better now. We got him to the vet immediately upon arrival once we saw his condition.

My pup is amazing!! It took 0.1 secs to fall madly in love with him… the only stressful requirement was the vet appt within 72 hours of delivery… especially since there was no definitive ETA provided. Additionally, food and Nutrical was supposed to accompany him which it did not. The Pawrade crew was lovely to work with and were available with quick answers to any questions… The delivery crew were also great… thanks to all!!

This was my first time ordering a puppy on line , and I was nervous. From the moment I talked with Pawrade, I felt at ease. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Not only did Pawrade eased my concerns, but they even allowed a zoom call with the breeder, this sold me on the idea. I loved the breeder, she took the time and let us know her, and for her to know us. Pawrade kept in constant contact with texts and emails. There were there through the whole process. My baby girl had to travel, and the nanny took such good card of her. I just got my baby girl on Thursday night, she stole my heart immediately. It was a process, but that was understandable as it had to be safe for her to travel. Took her to her vet appt today and she is perfect. We are so thrilled to have our perfect little angel. Thank you Pawrade, I would definitely buy from you again!

First off, we were promised a healthy puppy but we got a puppy with two parasites. Secondly, we wanted an 8 week old puppy but delayed our travel by more than two weeks due to the breeder only allowing herself to travel one day of the week. The process was pretty frustrating overall. That being said, we love our new puppy very much
