What a great service....ranks right up there with AAA. My last three doxies were rescues (someone else had put problems into these dogs) and now I can get a dog of my choice. I selected THORUS, who is now call CHISUM (after John Wayne) I selected from the picture a brown noser with BIG ears, but the real thing that got me was the 4 sec. video when the dog was excessively wagging his tail while chasing the person....not playing with the toys. I think you need more videos of the dogs...so we can see the color and movement....you can tell if the dog is a leader or a follower. P.S. I really appreciate all the notification so I do not forget what to do. I'm still looking for a double dapple with big ears! BUT this service is a heaven because you do not know who to trust. I just can not thank everyone enough for my happiness and the well-being of my healthy puppy including the transport service.

It was a long journey. But the second I seen her I was so excited and happy. The transport guys were great. She was well taken care of. I have nothing bad to say about Pawrade. I will now treat my puppy like a little princess and love her unconditionally. Thank you

I think Pawrade is a wonderful outlet for all those independent puppy families looking to market their puppies. Everything was taken care of, and done in a timely manner except for notifications the day before the puppy was to arrive. Then no information or response to calls until the night before, after we had gone to bed, and then not to the day of arrival. Kind of frustrating as we did not have all the information we felt was necessary to pick up the puppy at the airport. It did come through on the way and I was able to take care of it fortunately. Other than that, everything was well explained and covered by different departments of Pawrade. I do have to say one or two of duplicate emails would have been fine, but sometimes we received 8-10 emails that said the exact same thing, which was annoying opening all those emails that were duplicates! Two identical emails are more than adequate I think.

Overall a great experience. All team members were great! Only one problem was with the actual pick up. The location was incorrect that we had for picking Luna up (perhaps due to arrival time) which was stressful! Would definitely recommend your services to anyone interested in a puppy!

We are very happy with our puppy but there were some bumps along the road. We found out the day before we got him that he had an umbilical hernia that we were not informed of. Offered $100 when that condition typically drops the cost of purebred dogs 20% which in our case would be $600. Paid over $1100 for transportation to be offered only one time that really didn't work for us and we were stuck with it. I asked at least 5 times for a video we were sent of the puppy to be emailed or texted because there is no way to save things from your message system and was told over and over by numerous staff members that I would receive it and never did. Just a lack of proper communication and customer service. Don't think we would use this service again, the price is way too high for poor service.

I was able to find a wonderful Lab puppy through Pawrade. Although the process is detailed, I could tell Pawrade was doing their best to protect the puppies so I did not take umbrage at the "do this" and "don't do this" nature of the many instructions. In the end I got the pup I wanted and would not hesitate to use Pawrade again.

Pawrade is without a doubt the BEST company to use when purchasing a puppy. I have been down this road before with other companies and have always been disappointed. Pawrade met my expectations in the acquisition of my AKC Havanese puppy. The very best puppy. The breeder Kenneth Yoder has produced a litter from AKC parents that totally meets breed standard. Pippa, as we call her, has been this "Joyous Havanese" from the moment we got her. I would like to thank the various Concierge staff that made this come about. That includes Rachelle, Shannon and Destiny. Each and every one was exceptional in finally getting my pup to me. They were kind, understanding and always helpful. The owners have chosen their staff well and I hope they can forward my sincere gratitude to them. SK

I was not very pleased with Pawrade. I realized that I had to find a new home for her and when I called and left a message for the concierge, he did not call me back. Someone named Elisa called me to find out how she was and when I said that I needed to find a new home she just said, "there are no refunds". She did not talk to me about possible places I could look for who would take her or any other things I could do.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. Kenneth was so nice to work with. He emailed me very quickly after I was interested in my pup and set up a zoom call with Candace the breeder right away. He answered all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable with going with Pawrade. Overall amazing experience and I am so in love with my Penelope! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for their new pup ❤️

I was told that the puppy I would be getting was named Lisa. What showed up was a puppy named Ella. Not very important for a pup at this age, but I wonder if pups got switched on me. However, we are very happy with her, and her new name will be Polly.

The communication all along was fantastic with the Pawrade representatives as well as with the breeder when it came close to the pick up date. I was so impressed with every step. Pretty easy…safe and dog is wonderful. Just picked up the puppy from American Airlines Cargo at Milwaukee Airport he was just shipped from Ohare in Chicago got home he played and checked things out for about three hours and just ran out of gas and went to sleep and is resting comfortably! Thanks Pawrade!

Josephine is a sweet active and affectionate puppy. I believe she was well socialized by Arlene, the breeder, and her family. I enjoyed working with Destiny of Pawrade. I was, however, very disappointed that I was unable to go the breeders home to pick up the puppy. It would have given me a much greater assurance that she wasn't raised in a puppy mill. We've renamed her to Candy. She's fitting right in with our family and is having a lot of fun playing with our 6 year old Boston Terrier Charlie. She's eating well and sleeping well. Candy is a joy to us. Thank you. Carol Hennessy
