All is Well and my new Puppy, which the Breeder called Karen but I have re-named her Callie, is doing very well and I love her so much already. So pleased with all the Communication and information. I am so stressed that I could not get an appointment within the required 72 hours. Not possible with my Vet or any vet in my area. I do have an appointment set up for May 16. Also I tried to download the form to do the "Transfer of Ownership". It would not allow me to download this form. Not sure how to get this done??!!

From the very beginning of picking our puppy, payment, forms, information, call follow ups, helping with schedules, breeder paperwork, and the long trip toget him here safely was THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. This was the most wonderful experience my husband and I could have ever asked for after losing our beloved jack Russell kodi 13years old a week before. And the drivers that drove him to our house. They kept us informed and were very friendly and takegreatcare of the puppies. So professional, Reese and dakota brought our puppy to our house and I was blown away at their kindness, respect and love of the safety of my puppy. Thank you all who made this dog possible. Miles is happy and totally healthy, took him to the vet and they loved him. Very healthy dog. All the people involved we thank you with a warm hug. This was so worth it!!!!!! God bless you all

If you are looking for that special new family member and have questions on where to start looking, look no longer. My wife and I were looking for a very specific breed and color in our new puppy. There are a couple of national Pet finders on the Web, and we investigated all of them. Let me save you a ton of time, Pawrade will take care of you from the start, to even after you receive you new puppy. Their customer service is there every step of the way. It has only been a couple of days since bringing home our new fur-baby but he is an absolutely wonderful pup! He is not only adorable, but so sweet, smart, friendly, and well-behaved at such a young age (9 weeks)! The process was very clearly outlined every step of the way and the attention to detail regarding every aspect as well as the extreme focus on our puppy's long-term health and happiness is really exceptional. We are thrilled!

Everything went very well with communication from start to delivery, however the only issue i have is that 3 days to get a vet visit is real difficult when most places around my area require a 2-4 week period to see a new vet. Other wise the delivery was flawless and was well informed through out the travel. Steve

Devin was amazing and was even in contact throughout the day during her Easter holiday! Thank you Devin! She answered all my questions and provided everything I needed to know about my puppy. Also, thank you to Kelly, who was also amazing with providing details and walking me step by step through the whole process right up until my puppy arrived. Upside: Great service. Got our pup within a few days. Made everything easy. Carrier employee was courteous and friendly. Only Downside: Having to find a vet for the 72 hour visit when I already had one for over a year with no issues (Banfield). If someone is already using a facility, they shouldn't have to find another one simply because Pawrade has an issue with them. *I couldn't find one. Luckily Banfield gave us a quick appointment because we had high standing with them. Every other vet wanted minimum two weeks notice. I am not comfortable having Kai (new name) for TWO WEEKS without being seen by a vet*

Ryker is terrific! He arrived in excellent condition, and, when I took him to our veterinarian yesterday, he said he was "perfect." Ryker is an extemely loving, active puppy. We've already played fetch (on his first, full day at home. After a brief, initial protest, he slept through the night. In addition, the whole process of adopting a puppy through Pawrade was seamless and thoroughly professional. My contact person responded to my questions almost immediately, and the air transportation arrangements worked beautifully. Ryker arrived right on time in a strong carrying cage accompanied by his health records, a sealed bag of his food, and his blanket. The hand-off process took five minutes. I am impressed by the concern Pawrade takes for the physical condition of their puppies. A terrific experience. Thanks!
