I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. Our experience was flawless. Our Havanese, Robert, was transported to us happy as a clam and is the best addition to our family! We are so excited to see him grow up and truly made the best decision going with Pawrade! Any future dogs will be absolutely coming from them!

We are thrilled with our puppy, a toy poodle. He is so cute and happy and also brilliant. The transaction was easy, Reggie (we renamed him, he is now "Sir Reginald the Woof") arrived exactly when he was supposed to, delivered to our door. He is already having a magical life and has passed his first vet visit and first few outings with flying colors. I am so happy I worked with Pawrade - they made it really easy!!

I was a bit leary of finding a puppy over the internet with all the bad things people can fall in to. The more communication that went on the more comfortable I felt. All the great information that was given over the days leading up to us picking up our new furbaby was fantastic. The kind words and comfort level sure did ease the process. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for "pawrading" his handsome face so we could find our new little love.

Havanese Puppy
This is day 4 for our puppy. We had 3 dogs before him. I have to say so far he is the most lovable and intelligent puppy we ever had. He slept through the first night until morning and has each night thereafter. He gives an indication of when he needs to go outside and eats well and drinks plenty of water. He is even learning how to fetch a ball already. The transfer was easy but took 26 hours (across several states) due to other puppy deliveries. The driver was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable concerning the puppies. Also, he notified us at several times where he was on the journey. Our pup arrived very clean and happy. I would highly recommend the breeder and havanese breed for any empty nesters or seniors. We are actually already thinking about another havanese to keep him company. All in all a very, very pleasant and heartwarming experience. We thank all of the folks involved at Pawrade for making this possible.

We got our puppy hand delivered on Easter Sunday. She is a beauty. Very well behaved, full of life and seems very healthy. I was able to communicate with the breeder which was really nice. I wanted to know why the puppy could run up stairs and fetch a ball. The breeder told me our dog, Poppy, was raised in her bedroom and then in the family room and they had stairs. They also played with her. That made me feel good that she had a loving start. The staff at Pawrade were great and very attentive. All in all a great experience. I love my little dog Teddy is her new name one of my granddaughters said she looked like a teddy bear so what grandpa could refuse. went to vets next day after delivery all good very healthy . the delivery guys were great new puppy slept on my chest first night which is fine with me i'am a real dog person .the girls at my vets office wanted to keep her she is so friendly and sweet. thanks Pawrade folks you have made. an old man happy.

I was very hesitant at first because all I was finding on the internet were scams. There are so many of them out there. However, Pawrade is no scam. Larry was the person I dealt with. He answered all my questions about the process of purchasing a puppy and was never offended by my suspicions. He was not pushy and gave me no time limit on making my decision to make a purchase. Once I decided to jump in, everything went smooth. I was given a ton of information and the communication was great. I can say this was a great experience and I got a beautiful healthy puppy. Shiba Inu Puppy
For several months I was looking for a Shiba Inu with specific traits: color, weight of parents (I wanted a Shiba with larger parents) markings ( I wanted a Shiba with white paws) and a certain "look" which I described to my sales rep - Cassidy. She sent me several possibilities but none were quire right. Then after about a month went by she called me and said "I think I found your dog". Fast forward, I now own that dog and he is perfect!! Also, the entire back up staff was terrific from beginning to end. They arranged zoom calls with me and the Breeder, they assisted with my personal travel arrangements to meet the Breeder at the Airports to pick up the dog and various other issues relating to the dog. This company can be trusted and are honest and helpful in all regards. Also if possible request to deal with Cassidy as she is just terrific.

Everything went well, thank you. The process was very efficient. The fact that she was delivered to her door was amazing. The only negative thing I would say is the indemnification of you seems to be Extreme. Other than that everything was fine.
