Pawrade couldn't have been better in working with us!We were looking for a black mini goldendoodle thathad a chance to grow to 30-35 pounds at maturity! We found a perfect litter in Missouri and Pawrade worked with us to accomplish the deal! We love that they're anti puppy mill! We were able to secure excellent ground transportation for our puppy from Missouri to Idaho. Our puppy arrived clean and in beautiful condition!

Two days after arrival and we are in the emergency room. Our puppy's blood sugar level was so low she almost seized, she's not eating and has bad diarrhea. Not sure what happened during transport but she was fine when she left the breeder. This is very scary and sad.

From the time we started talking to someone from Pawrade, it only took us about 2 weeks to get our furbaby from his breeder in Missouri to our home in Los Angeles! Pawrade made it really easy by communicating everything required of us, and their puppy transport team kept us updated on our pup's travel and ETA. I highly recommend Pawrade!

Great services, legit business. I got exactly what was advertised which was a beautiful goldendoodle. The only thing I didn't expect was the shipping style, made it seem the dog was gonna fly via airplane but instead it was a traveling service that came in a van all the way from Missouri to California, they took real good care of the pups though. I'm happy with my purchase! And stressed, because new puppies aren't easy to figure out and train for me. Thank you for your services!

Well, I just met "Stephanie", now Maeby today. I was out of town when she arrived. She is as cute as they come, temperment is amazing, very loving and seems happy here and with our 2 miniature Schnauzers. Maeby is very inquisitive, and busy, but not destructive at all. I think that we will be good friends to each-other for a very long time. Thank you all so much.

This was our first time getting a puppy without meeting the breeders and puppy beforehand. Kudos to the Maltipoo breeders in MO where we got Rubble - we've had him a couple days now and he seems to already be potty trained and is such a good pup! We had selected to have our pup delivered to us, but based on the delivery route he would have had to ride in the back of the van for almost 3.5 days. We asked if we could drive and meet them along their route and the drivers were super nice and accommodated meeting us so we could shorten the time the pup had to be in the van. We are extremely happy with our puppy!

All in all it was a great experience. The response time on the messaging was good. I think there are too many points of contact. I had multiple people working with me. Would have preferred one person from reservation to pick-up.

Overall, in the beginning of the process, I was very irritated to know I had to wait for our fur baby for so long. However, over time I started feeling like it is NOT a scam! Due to the continuous communication I had with all vendors. We are very satisfied with our puppy. She came potty trained and her behavior has been very good! The process was easy but the waiting wasn't, but once our fur baby arrived, I definitely realized it was worth it! All vendors were kind and answered any questions I had, as I am a first time puppy owner! WAY TO GO!

We are so happy with our puppy, now named Xena. She is so sweet and so smart. Working with Pawrade was a 3+ week roller coaster ride. After making the payment I was worried it was a scam, especially 2x when it took several days to get a reply. Christie, the concierge, and Maria eased my mind and were very supportive. Working with Pawrade was like a dream. Everything was quick, easy, and smooth. Customer service is A++++ and messages you back almost immediately. They even set up a Zoom meeting with our breeder so we could see our Lyla (we renamed) up close. I highly recommend Pawrade to everyone.

We are so happy with the purchase of our sweet baby Angelina, we named her Abby. She is such a sweetheart and is always by my side. I had just lost my 16 year old Maltese and she is such a wonderful addition to our family. She also goes with me to work everyday and is such a love bug and everyone loves her; I don't know what I would do without her. I must admit, I was a little weary about the process in the beginning. I was worried about being scammed. The employees were excellent in giving me resources, websites, and showing me other peoples reviews which eased my mind. The process was smooth, very informative and it went exactly how they said it would be. I would definitely purchase again through Pawrade. I love my new fur baby!

Very unhappy I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. Was skeptical when I couldn't set up a FaceTime with the puppy and then it was time and the puppy was on the way to me. Not sure of the environment the puppy was in but doesn't look good. All my kids are scared of him and nobody will message me back. Please be aware! Purchase locally where you can meet the pup or at least FaceTime to see the dog's environment and behavior.
