From start to finish, our contacts with Pawrade have been outstanding! Every step of the way we were well supported by Pawrade staff, all of whom were professional and caring. The breeder was also easy to work with and very accommodating. We just arrived home this afternoon with our little guy and couldn't love him more! Thank you Pawrade!!

I thought the process was fairly easy, and ,transportation for the puppy went well, although the was a four hours delayed ,because they were tied up in traffic! The puppy was in good health, and the puppy is very beautiful and loving!! I am very pleased with everything, although the 72 hours to get the puppy to a vet for wellness check up isn't realistic, I did find a vet who would get my puppy in for her wellness, as soon as they could, I recommend pawrafefor anyone looking for a pet!! Thanks!!

I think you guys were great. Your communication was top notch. You let me know throughout the whole process what was coming next and if I had a question you always got back to me with an answer right away. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because you really need to take a look at the finance companies you work with. I applied for a loan and when I got the paperwork the interest rate was 66% and by the end of the loan I would have paid $6,500 for a $3,500 dog. Lucky for me I have the money to just pay for the dog but some people don't. I think these short term loan companies are taking advantage of people who are financially struggling and it's not a good look for your company to be associated with this finance companies. Everything outside of the 3rd party loan companies you work with was amazing.

Pawrade was terrific to work with buying our new English Lab puppy. They made the process so easy and stress free! Pawrade was very helpful on all aspects of getting me my beautiful puppy. They take any issues one at a time and help work through obstacles. I had lots of questions about my furbaby and all were answered. I found them easy to contact either by phone, email, or text.

When we decided to look for a new doxie pup, we couldn't find a breeder locally. It was scary looking on the internet because of all the scams so we were very nervous about getting a new furbaby thus way. The staff at Pawrade was great and helped to allay our fears, the whole process was easy and we were well informed. Our flight nany was great too and kept us up to date during our girls long journey. We were hoping for a healthy, happy pup to our family and we git so much more.
