I loved the process! Once I had selected my puppy, I was assigned a Puppy Concierge to answer my questions. Then I was assigned travel concierge to handle transportation options/choices. I also had a Customer Service Liason. The communications process was excellent. My little girl arrived happy and healthy and I was totally prepared, thanks to all the information that was communicated ahead of my receiving her. I'd highly recommend Pawrade, it took the stress out of searching for a good breeder, since they vet all the breeders to insure they are not a puppy mill type operation.

Pawrade gave me something I didn't think I would find, and that is the precious Teacup Yorkie in my arms. Pawrade was so helpful. Cassidy is the first contact I had there. She was super. She touched base with me multiple times a day if needed. She cared about her customer and she was a terrific listener. Pawrade took all of the stress out. Transportation was taken care of, my babydoll Yorkie arrived carefully packaged. She made it here I traumatized which I feared she would be, but she is loving, playful, eating, sleeping, and using her pee pad. If she were traumatized she would not be acting the way she is today. The first full day with us. Rest assured if you are interested in a pet that is not local. Trust Pawrade to find your forever pet!

Overall our experience was outstanding. From our first interaction with Tony setting up financing and every step of the way. We were keep informed, with several communications via text and email every day. Our questions were answered promptly. The process was explained throughly, there were no surprises. We can't say enough good things about Pawrade and have already recommended them to a coworker. Our puppy is playful and happy and oh so cute. For the most part my experience was as expected from Pawrade. When I picked her up at the pet store, I was early by about 30 minutes. I wasn't asked my name just assumed that I was the person that had the earlier time slot and I was given the wrong puppy!! A Bishon not my. Havanese. White in color as well so I had no idea!! I was given a bag with the Bishon's paperwork and we were ready to leave when a lady came in to the store and she said to me "Oh you are holding my dog!!!!!!!!!" So I was ready to leave with the wrong dog almost 4 hours away!! This aspect of the adoption needs to be better. Thank-you!

We adopted two puppies from the same litter. This little pup belongs to my mom. The puppy was perfect and healthy. And with two puppies we have skipped the whole night time adjustment of leaving its litter. When we took her to our vet they said the 3 year health guarantee was excellent coverage. 100% satisfied with the whole process.
