The process of adopting not one puppy but two went seamless. I'll be honest, I was leery and nervous but the whole experience was perfect. Constant communication and the arrival of two healthy puppies. Our hearts are overflowing in puppy love.

Everything went smoothly and our new little bundle arrived safely. Everyone was so caring, from the breeder (who kept her with mom as long as possible), the guys that drove her across the country (from AR to AZ) and the Pawrade reps that followed up and arranged our zoom calls. Thank you to each and every one of you. Our little 2 lb maltipoo is a delight!

The puppy is adorable. We love her. The delivery service was great. Wonderful people I didn't like her being delivered at 2:30 in the morning. And I don't know how to upload the picture I'm supposed to upload and have asked and no one got back to me

Brent is so sweet and just as adorable. The two guys that dropped him off were very pleasant and I could tell they were animal lovers thank you for added to our 👪
I LOVE my puppy. I LOVE my experience. The only thing I really didn't realize was that they do deliver other puppies on your route, so you may be waiting longer than expected. Though this (it being up to 6 days) was stated, I was under the impression it was ONLY my pup on the trip; this is not so. If this were more clear, I'd have given 5 stars. This is top notch!

I have only had our puppy for a day, but what a delight she is already. The transfer went smoothly and I had a chance to meet the breeder. MaryAnn was very professional, and showed how much she cared about her puppy. From the first phone call to Pawrade, everyone I spoke to on the phone was fantastic (Jenele, Cali). Also Shannon was on top of everything as well. All of them returned my messages right away and made this whole process go smoothly. "Kudos" to the whole staff. Ray Kasper
