Very healthy, bright and full of energy puppy! So smart, we are amazed at how much he knows and how quick he learns. We liked the constant communication between Pawtrade and us. How helpful they are and how our questions were answered without any problems. First time using their services and not a complaint in sight!

From the beginning of the process of finding just the puppy we were looking for, to meeting her and bringing her home with us, I couldn't have asked for better communication and assistance from Pawrade. We are thrilled with our newest member of the family. We highly recommend Pawrade!
Overall, since I have a great puppy, I'm glad I used Pawrade. Communication seems to be my largest problem...I keep getting demanding, repeated emails requiring my immediate attention. For instance, I got this same email to respond to this survey yesterday, another today, and a phone call earlier today (so you already have my opinion over the phone). Let me enjoy my new puppy in peace! The communication I would have liked to receive more timely was the location of my puppy so that I could have made better travel arrangements, which I didn't get until the last day before I picked him up.
Pawrade's team was great! They were so polite and responded to all my questions and concerns. At first, I was skeptical about buying a puppy from a website, but they helped me with the process and that made me feel confident in getting my fur-baby! My fiancé and I love our puppy dearly! The transport company rep was very sweet and provided additional about the puppy. She is a sweet puppy and very laid back
I had no idea I was getting my soul dog. He's beautiful, perfectly healthy, and the vets comment on how well he takes to his paws being touched. He's affectionate, loving, and quick to learn. I would absolutely do this again, it was the best decision I've made in years.

After researching many websites I decided to work with Pawrade - and I am certainly glad I did. The 🐶 I found was exactly what I was looking for. So many things fell into place with the 🐶 that I knew it was meant to be. The customer service I have received has been spectacular. The staff has been responsive to all of my inquiries. The personal touch of receiving a "how is everything going" phone call was very much appreciated!

Our little cavapoo arrived happy and healthy after a long drive from Missouri in a transfer arranged by pawrade. He's an adorable sweetheart with great temperament and we know his breeder was obviously very attentive based on how responsive he is to potty training already at only 9 weeks and in light of her thoughtful goodie bag that her arrived with including his blanket scented with his siblings, a baggie of his food, his training treats, and thorough paperwork. Our vet was impressed by the one month of complimentary health insurance. The delivery driver was great and our customer care people along the way were also competent and friendly. We had a good experience all the way around and our enjoying our newest family member!
