The pup that was delivered today is the fourth Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that I have purchased from Pawrade. This transaction went as smoothly as the others. I would definitely consider trying Pawrade if you are looking to add a purebred pup to your family.

Nothing, other than the price of the puppy, Pawrade told me was true. They said a link would be provided to track the puppies movement, that was a lie. The drivers of the van never heard of that. They made the puppy ride for over 5500 miles cross country twice, instead of shipping it to me for $750. I will NEVER use Pawrade or Sweet Briar Farms Pet transport again. The breeder was at least straight with the customer. If I could give a negative 5 star, I would. DO NOT use Pawrade they ONLY care about $$$$$$

I am on my 3rd trip to the vet with my new puppy!! She is sick!! She has tested positive for giardia and c diff. We have another appointment scheduled in 3 weeks from now. Sadly this has set me back quite a bit financially to start off this way. I am going to submit my claim for reimbursement, but the medication the vet gave me is not on the list that is covered, so we will see if I can get reimbursed. Not how I expected this to go.
We found our new member of the family a Pug on Pawrade and were impressed with the shear volume of communication from start to finish. Our puppy arrived happy and healthy. We were also very happy with the breeder as it was apparent they took great care of these pups. Thank you to the Pawrade team for making this seamless. John and Diane Pierotti

Everything went ok. Some computer stuff was complicated. But, might have been my system. Pick up went smoothly. Still trying to get free 30 day pet insurance. All in all I live my new puppy 🙂

I received my sweet Scottish Terrier on 3/17/2023. My experience in his purchase was pleasant, but once I recieved him, I had some grave concerns about my purchase. I was given 2 different birth dates, and, I was instructed to have a well visit check up within 72 hours of receiving him. The paper work instructs NO VACCINES for 10-days because the breeder has the puppy delivered fully vaccinated. When my Vet did the well checkup visit, and, is the Vet that will be caring for the our puppy, they disagreed that the puppy had received all the necessary vaccines to protect from illness. I was never provided the kennel name during the purchase process. When I received the puppy, the kennel name was on the vet report. I looked up the kennel and it's reputation. I was very disappointed to see the kennel fell under a list of reported puppy mills. Pawrade advertises they DO NOT use puppy mills. We were disceived?

Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful. I was worried about how he would do on his flight to his new home but he was happy when we took him out of his crate. We got lots of kisses and his tail was wagging like crazy. We have renamed him to Tucker. He is adapting very well with our other dogs. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to my friends.
