The was a very easy transaction to be able to get our puppy, Else home to us. We were kept informed every step of the way. I really like that the transport company sent be a link and we could keep up with our puppies travels from start to finish. Good job Pawrade!!!
We LOVE our new puppy Jake. He is the sweetest baby. He is a Morkie, we wanted a Morkie because we have previous experience with them. Their temperament is amazing!!!! Pawrade was great from start to finish. I'd note that this was the 3rd dog we inquired about. The other dogs were sold before we got messages back. So the responses are a little delayed. Also, transportation took the puppy to many different states out of the way before bringing him home. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and we received additional photos and videos before purchase and after purchase which got us so excited!! We love our lovey Jake.

Overall great service. A bit overwhelming with all of the notifications and emails from pawrade and prepay, which could have been a bit more organized in my opinion. Excited to have our puppy home and a great buying experience!
Thanks so much Pawrade for a smooth process to get our sweet puppy. He is everything we hoped for. Everyone involved in the process was so great! The breeder sent us a great information package and answered all of our questions. We loving our little sweet boy. He's already enjoying his new home and yard.

The process of buying the puppy was good overall. However, 2 days after receiving the puppy, I got a call from PetPay telling me that I needed to schedule a health checkup for the puppy including a fecal exam, and that otherwise the 3 year health guarantee would be void. This checkup needed to be done in a 72 hour time frame after receiving the puppy (more than 48 hours had already passed when I received the call). This meant that I had less than 24 hours to do it. I had a busy day including my 9-5 job and a doctor's appointment. I had the puppy in my backyard and I never found it's poop, so I couldn't make it. I also asked if the 1 month Metlife insurance would cover the checkup and they told me they were not sure about it, and that I had to call Metlife to activate the insurance. I checked the emails I received and this was actually mentioned along the lines, but during the process you receive several emails with lots of info and it's hard to tell what matters and what doesn't.

Pawrade is awesome, especially the rep Carlos and Cindy. Carlos has helped me and my husband to pick out the perfect puppy. I at first wanted to surprised my husband but that did not go as planned. So he helped me out the best he could. Cindy has helped with the pet travel. Everything went extremely smooth. I appreciate their help.

The whole experience was an unforgettable dream for us. Our new boy Braxton is everything we could of prayed for and more. The only reason I am not rating this experience a 5 is only because Braxton was STINKY!!! But after his bath, it seemed to give Braxton even more confidence!! Thank You very much for all Y'all have done in completing our family!
Gregor is quickly becoming the star of the family. We ❤️ him. He is very intelligent and eager to please. What we love most about him is the love and affection he gives us and is definitely a lap dog. The transport team did a wonderful job! Thank you for this wonderful dog.

Really had a wonderful experience getting my Frenchie through Pawrade. Communication was great from beginning to end which made the whole process easy. Wonderful staff members really care about the puppy's well being and making sure that all my questions were answered. Really made my experience with Pawrade very enjoyable.

She is amazing ! I've named her skoshi( means just a little bit in Japanese. She gets along with both of our other two bichon's the one year old male dog she has become best buds with him. His name is Milo. Bella is warming up to her. She's 3 1/2 years old. She's just a little more hesitant than he is but when she's around him, she swears she can be so anyway she's doing great. Thank you so much for everything y'all did

Kelly Took care of us on day one and kept us informed throughout entire process. Always responded to all messages. The transport team was also very caring and made sure Piper was taken care of and arrived stress free.
The whole process was amazing!! I'm the happiest person in world! They knew how to answer every question and talk about every concern I had, i was talking with the nanny that got me my puppy almost every single day before she arrived I would recommend Pawrade and their team to every person i know wants to get a little furry friend. I paid for the pet immediately. But Pawrade agent wouldn't tell me where the city and state was till 6 days later. So I couldn't arrange transportation to pick up my puppy. I asked the agent about they deliver the puppy to me. The agent said that the puppy will be delivered by a nanny to my door for a big fee. I paid for transportation fee immediately. Then the agent was on 4 days vacation over president's day. No response for 4 days. I also found out then that I need to pick up my puppy at airport cargo. No nanny accompanied the puppy. When I picked my puppy up, her carrier showed that she was checked in 9am that morning, while flights took off at 2 PM and I received her at 8:40 pm. She was still alive, but she had no food and water and no checked since 9 AM. She was only 13 weeks old, weighted 3 lb. It's horrible that at that age and weight, she was in a tiny carrier without water and food and no check for 12 hours. By the time I arrived home, it was 13 hours! I couldn't check her.

My goodness what can I say about a company like Pawrade,oh let me think This experience from this company was the by far best ever experience I have every had with a company from beginning to end. Totally professional, caring ❤, honest and constantly made me feel comfortable with the purchase of now, Olivia Catherine Calkin/Kolbe. We could not be more in LOve with our choice of Olivia Catherine she has had her 1st Wellness Check-up and even the Vet was impressed at what a Totally rounded gogie she is health wise and over all appearance wise she was just less than 48hrs after her arrival to her forever home. If I give this company five stars out of five stars 🌟 I feel it's not enough❣ I and my spouse can't thank Pawrade enough for completing our family and making all our dreams comes True, with not a bit of hassle, KUDOS 🤗
