We are THRILLED with our puppy! She is even better than we had imagined! She is precious! The whole team was excellent. You just have to trust their leading. They have this process down. It was great to meet our drivers, Lloyd and Jason. They took perfect care of our pup along the way. They are professional and great communicators. We will get our next puppy from Pawrade. I would love to get the same breeder! This puppy is perfect and we are overjoyed! Thank you Pawrade!

Everything went smoothly Daisy(Xena) is very active She seems to be afraid of the silver food and water bowls so I had to use a flat plastic takeout cover for her food and then a small take-out bowl for her water and she drinks that but she's not eating a lot of chili in a little bit go back in a tiny bit more she'll take it out of my hand we're going to the vet tomorrow so we'll see what goes on but she is very active and very speedy, she's beautiful

I gave this company a 4 because the woman Amber that helped us find our new fur baby went above and beyond however once we did the transaction the delivery scheduling was awful they could not accommodate me at all!! However the team that delivered her to us was amazing!! The schedule system needs alot of work and the liaisons were uncommunicative at all and kind of rude!!

I was excited to have Fern after my last fur Buddy passed away due to cancer, I recieved Fern at 2:30 am May 18, then went to see her Vet the following day, but I was very disappointed when the Dr told me and showed me the hernia on Fern right side , I thought the health is the most important for the puppy, she had her first Vet visit when she was with her breeder, now she's under observation for her hernia.

Overall we were very pleased with the way the transaction was handled. And, more important, we are loving our new puppy. Took off 1 star only because the communication was not 100% clear. We did now know we would have to pay in full well in advance of the day we would pick up our dog. And, info about the breeder or how we would even pick up the puppy was slow in coming. But in the end, everything worked out fine.

In a world of scams these days I can honestly say I'm super glad I chose Pawrade as the people to trust. I'm absolutely extactic about my new little girl. Lots of information overload. Multiple e-mails and texts. Very hard to keep up with the rapid fire communication. It is easy for important messages to be overlooked b/c of too many e-mails and texts.
