I have been very pleased with my experience so far. I changed his name Amadeus to Atticus, and he is exceptionally loveable and affectionate. I was impressed with the customer service and the free 30 day pet insurance. I hope the rest of our journey together works out as beautifully as getting him from his breeder-mom.

After picking my puppy up and taking her to her first vet visit, I have no doubt that this puppy came from a puppy mill. For starters, only after purchasing the dog (paying FULL price) through your website and waiting until 1 day prior to scheduled pick up was I given the breeder's information. I was given no information on the breeder's practices or pictures of their facilities. I should have known that this was a puppy mill situation at that point - but then the breeder would not let me pick the puppy up at their facility nor was I permitted to meet the parents and I knew there must be a problem. No reputable breeder keeps people from seeing their dogs or their facilities. When I picked the dog up, she was completely filthy and smelly. I took the dog to my vet today and she has ear mites. The dog is also being fed a brand of food that no one I have spoken with recognizes, including my vet. After this experience, I have no confidence in Pawrade and would never recommend them.

He had an awesome experience with Pawrade. From my first interaction with them until we received our puppy everything went smoothly and according to plan. We drove to pick up our puppy so we can meet the breeder in person and there was no doubt they were very caring and had raised him with love. They were meticulous about his records and also making sure he had everything he needed to get started with our family. I've known people who were scammed trying to find puppies so I was very nervous about everything beforehand. I did my due diligence and read a lot of reviews and can say that from my experience this is a wonderful way to find exactly what you are looking for. Every single employee I talked to was knowledgeable and considerate and patient. Special shout out to Eddie and Donna.

Great experience. I was very uncertain about buying a puppy on line. Pawrade was a wonderful experience. Very thorough. Lots of communication and security checks which made me know it was a legitimate company. The puppy arrived as scheduled and we went directly to our vet. He had some puppy parasites which is to be expected with a puppy. He is happy and healthy. Thank you Pawrade

Christian? handed me Maverick on Sunday, righ on time and kept me updated as he drove to my home. I am so very pleased with Maverick, he is loving and full of energy and it only took 1 day for him to settle in. Thank you Pawrade for everything and I have told so many people about you. I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a puppy online. I had been scammed by a few people on Facebook sites, claiming to be a legitimate breeder, only to have them steal my money and no puppy!. It was heartbreaking besides illegal. I decided to try one more time, and am I ever happy I did! PAWRADE is a reputable site. I was treated with respect, walked me through the entire process, and I was able to purchase my puppy on a credit card, which is the only payment plan where you are lsafe. The process went smoothly, everything is upfront and personal. I would highly recommend purchasing a puppy from Pawrade! I have my puppy and he is everything I expected and more.

This was a great experience. Every detail was available with regard to the purchase and delivery of my new fur baby. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was really helpful and friendly. The delivery went exactly as they outlined and I could track my puppy during its journey through life 360- which was awesome. The puppy arrived and was well taken care of along the way. The gentlemen that delivered him were very nice as well. I have my puppy for about 5 days and he is a great addition to the family. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a puppy. Thanks to all that supported this process and took care of my puppy... great job!

I had a very good experience with Pawrade. I was looking for a Moyen Standard Poodle after my beloved Labradoodle crossed over the rainbow bridge on 12/15/22 We saw "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough " We call him "Chip". picture and fell in love. His Pawrade name was Timo. I say Chip was born for us because his birthday is 12/14/22. One day before we said goodbye to Nikita. The concierges were very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade if you are seriously ready for a new addition to your family.
