The process to get our puppy through Pawrade was easy, and they were great about communicating every step along the way! We were also able to get our puppy at a much more affordable price than many of the other places we looked. As a first time pet owner, I really appreciated the puppy guide they sent and have referenced it many times. It was also very helpful to be able to speak to the breeder through one of the Pawrade representatives. Be sure to check the travel fees when you purchase your pup, since it is a large additional cost, and you don't necessarily know how far away the puppy is until you purchase it!

My biggest complaint was not given the info that Owen would be in a van with many other dogs fro Monday afternoon until he arrived at 9:30pm on Wednesday night-I might have chosen flying him if I had known. Also no info on the breeder or conditions he was subject to for 8 weeks. If this info had been provided I would have felt much better regarding his early care! It seemed that there was more concern about where he was going & numerous hoops to jump over than how he was handled before he came to me!

We received two littermate sister Dachshund puppies this week. They both arrived healthy and rambunctious after a multi day and multi state drive from Missouri to Seattle. Every step of the process was well supported and easy to follow. All of the staff interactions were professional and polite including a brief phone visit with the breeder to answer some questions about their history. Pawrade set a high bar ensuring ID checks, financials, home situation and more was correct and safe for the pups as well. Reaching and chatting with reps happened quickly when questions or paperwork clarification was needed.

Great puppy. Transportation needs a tune up. No need to have a puppy in a van for 3 days. Additionally, the company needs to be on the same page as the transport team. I signed off on transfer of ownership when the puppy was delivered. Then two days later I was asked for the same information By Pawrade.

The entire experience has been nothing less than perfect! Everyone I spoke with or contacted by email was professional, knowledgeable and most of all, seem to genuinely care that both me and my new furchild had a great experience. The breeder sent me pictures and a video just so I could see her "personality", the transporters kept me informed along the trip and arrived at my door on time, as promised. It was obviously a good trip because Patty was in good spirits, and showed no signs of trauma due to travel, for which I am truly grateful. Since her arrival we've been getting to know each other and she's truly a blessing and pure joy! Thanks Pawrade for making my dream come true!

From first contact with our concierge, to our pampered ground transport and even after receiving our new sweetie -- Pawrade has been helpful, trustworthy and smooth. I have been impressed from start to finish. This is our first purebred puppy and of course we were skeptical adopting site unseen and online. Pawrade assured me that they only work with high quality breeders, and even let me speak with the breeder herself so I could ask specific questions. We are IN LOVE with our puppy. As a whole, the experience with Pawrade was pretty darn good. Staff was excellent and I received the puppies(yes I bought two) in happy, healthy shape. This operation is dialed in. Emma was especially helpful in this process and I appreciated her accessability. From picking out the puppies, to ALL THE PAPERWORK and communications, to the delivery, Emma was a great help. The one knock on the process is the OVER COMMUNICATION. I have a full time job, as we all do, and receiving 40 emails/text a day with the same information over and over was a little absurd. I am now receiving emails daily on available puppies. Believe me, two is enough. All in all, I am very happy with PAWRADE. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends. Fix the communication piece and this would be a five star company.

I wanted a real AKC old registered male puppy. I got a more newly registered ALC Partners. Everyone beware. These dogs cannot be registered with the old original AKC registered dogs. Kind of a rip off.
