Seeing the photos of my puppy from their original origin up to seeing them in their crate ready to board their flight to their new home just made it feel super amazing knowing I was in good hands. Your team was attentive, supportive and informative. We felt very comfortable and reassured every step of the way. It was an easy and smooth process in finding our sweet puppy and getting her delivered to our home. I'm glad that you offered pet insurance because our puppy did arrive with a slight ear infection and urinary tract infection. I have submitted those bills and hope that MetLife covers them.

The services with this company is so amazing. They stay in contact with you the whole time until you receive your new fur baby. I have purchase 3 puppies from them and glad I did. They were all healthy with no issues and are doing very well. I would recommend this website to anyone.

We were able to tract the vehicle enroute. The driver texted us, when he was close to our home. Saniya arrived in perfect condition. The driver was very nice, he took the time to answer my questions. It was a very good experience. Saniya is adjusting to our home very nicely. She's very affectionate and loves to be held.
The entire process was amazing. Everyone kept in close contact every step of the way. Our breeder was helpful and fantastic. AND our beautiful baby is very loved!

She is a gem just full of it. The process was nerve racking but everyone was very helpful sometimes had trouble getting in touch with people when I was asked to call back, but otherwise all went well. Thank you for being an honest organization, you never know when working on line.

The agents at the beginning were not really on top of the customer service. However, Tina took over and helped iron everything out. Our baby was PERFECT tho and so worth it!!!!!

I'd like to Thank everyone involved, my puppy is beautiful, healthy and my vet agreed. I'll be purchasing another puppy later this year and would do it again. I'm a Project Manager and work with volumes of data on a daily basis. I'd like to provide a few constructive comments since most people don't buy puppies for a living. Fewer but instruction filled and not repetitive email would be helpful. The entire transaction can be completed in one email using a simple checkbox list. Choose either email or text for primary communication mixing both causes double work. Your team is awesome. Thank you David C

Longest week of my life waiting for my fur baby to arrive but the puppy concierge took amazing care of her while transporting her. I couldn't be happier.Everyone was very caring compassionate and professional.

We are over the moon with Allie (we shortened her name)! She is everything we wanted and more. I would like to thank you all for the professionalism and courtesy during the whole transaction. I would highly recommend you to anyone. Allie settled right in like she was born here! She has such a great personality! When I took her to our vets they showed her around the whole office! Her potty training is going fairly well, but I had forgotten about the biting stage, ouch! We love her dearly, bites and all! Thank you again.

I would say everything was great other than the fact that we can't get a response related to our MetLife puppy insurance. We've emailed twice asking for information with no reply
Couldn't have been easier! Communication was great. We knew what to expect every step of the way.
