The whole process from start to finish was easy. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I received so much information and help via emails. Answers to questions were prompt, and I was even able to arrange a zoom call with the breeder. My puppy is the best thing on the planet, I love her! She's healthy and amazing! I'm grateful to Pawrade for helping me find her.

I love my new puppy! But he was stinky when I picked him up he smelled bad like he had pee on him so it make me sad that he was not even bathed before we go our new addition but we still love him we are doing the potty training now

We had a great experience purchasing our puppy through Pawrade. There were people available to answer any questions. They were diligent in making sure their puppies are going to a good home. The process was easy and went smoothly. We were continuously updated on the status of our puppy's arrival. I would definitely use them again!
I was skeptical at first because I had no direct contact with the breeder, but Pawrade "puppy concierges" were really customer oriented and had a lot of care about my puppy. In special Sara Franck and Carli Riveira were very kind and responded promptly when I had a question, even after the purchase! Carli was constantly contacting the breeder asking for more pictures and updates for me. The concierges sent documents explaining the whole purchase experience step by step, from purchase time, to puppy delivery and care once at home. My puppy was only picked up when she was in the proper healthy weight (yorkie, 2lb, 13 weeks) and was delivered clean, healthy and in great disposition. She also came with all vet papers. I opted for the ground transportation (Pawrade contracted wags and wheels for my delivery )and the drivers shared a tracking app that I could follow all the way. The drivers were also nice and responded to text when they stopped to feed the puppies. I had a great experience.
Our puppy arrived last week and she was perfect. She has since acclimated to our home in such an amazing way. She already has a routine, is eating well, playing and goes potty outside! We named her ILY for I Love you! Her kisses are a joy. She is smart, adorable, healthy and walks on a leash very well. She is well socialized too. This is my 3rd shitzu and I can tell you I already know that this one is really special. I would definitely recommend this breeder!!!

I received my lovable 5 lbs of joy promptly. Exactly 2 weeks from the purchase as explained during initial purchase. The only negatives I have is during "wellness check visit" her poop sample came back positive for "Coccidia" which I handled immediately at the vet. The website also stated $749 for a "pampered travel flight" when delivery email came it stated "ground transportation" I was then explained to it was the same price which also bothered me a little. Other than that smooth process.

What a great service! I was able to track my fur baby the whole way. Rest assured your pup will arrive safe and sound.
We recieved our sweet puppy on Wed . morning on the date we were given. She was very quiet. We think she didn't know what was happening. The delivery man was very knowledgeable about feeding Bella( Betty) and giving her the Nutra- Cal and any other questions we had. The weather was slippery as it had rained and temp went down below freezing. We were worried about the transport. Bella is as sweet as can be. Our hearts are happy. From start to finish they were the example of professionalism. I was skeptical at first only because I was nearly scammed by five fake internet sites but the staff at pawrade starting with Janell put my mind at ease at kept in constant contact with me , I even told Janell in the beginning I was uneasy and canceled but called her back a day later and I couldn't be happier that I did !!! We truly love our new family member and owe it all to Janell and the rest of the staff . Thank you so much all off you and God bless .
