Wonderful experience with Pawrade. You really are part of the family and they help you every step of the way. I used the travel transport by ground and was pleased with the drivers and their setup. I was NOT pleased with their boss Jeremy. There was a problem with the van my pup was in, and he did not answer me when I tried to contact him. Sure, things can go wrong, but communication with the buyer is rather important, especially when they reach out for confirmation.

Chloe is the third Cavalier King Charles Spaniel I have acquired through Pawrade. As in my prior transactions, everyone was very helpful and kept me informed of any problems or delays. Chloe arrived on time and well taken care of. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a purebred pup.

We are so impressed with the level of help from Pawrade. The amount of information about what we needed to do was very helpful. Also it made us feel better, knowing there was a network of people to help us through, purchasing, what to expect and what we needed to be prepared for when packing her up. Then all the paper work that fallowed and what we needed to do about Vetenary care and all the helpful documents about care and all that was needed to do for a happy and Healthy dog. The one thing that caused me concern was logging into my bank account while I was filling out your forms. We are really impressed and would highly recommend you.

First, I want to make it clear that I love my puppy. I will be eternally grateful to Pawrade for connecting me with my puppy. My puppy was and is healthy. With this in mind, I would not recommend Pawrade to someone who is organized and interested in consistent and accurate communication. As a customer, it was extremely disappointing the number of times that I had to initiate communication and follow up about pertinent information, such as the delivery of my puppy, meeting the breeder with my puppy, 30-day insurance policy, etc. Also, some of the information that I received was not accurate: the description of my puppy, health records, etc. An experience that should have been amazing was less than ideal due to the customer service received.

I have to admit I was skeptical. How could you not be? Shopping for a pet, a new companion, a new family member online? It seemed wrong……but it's not! Pawrade has been exceptional from the moment I asked for more information until days after we brought home Ryder. I was so surprised at how organized, polite, helpful and knowledgeable everyone was at each stage of the puppy purchase process. I hope everyone else has as pleasant experience as we did. Ask a million questions, they have a million answers and if not they will get the answer. Lastly, Remember you get what you pay for! Try not to get sticker shocked! When you begin the process you will understand how many people are Involved in making your experience a premium experience. Thank you Pawrade. Great job. -C.J

What an AWESOME experience I had with Pawrade from start to finish. I was initially apprehensive about getting a dog this way because all the scams that are going on with dogs. I received my puppy a day ago and he is perfect! I like to thank Pawrade all the Pawrade staff for walking me through this process and keeping me abreast of everything that was going on and what to expect. Even though my dog was delayed in getting to me because of troubles with the vehicle during transport, I was informed every step of the way. Thank you for your professionalism, and patience! This was an expensive investment but worth every dollar! Pawrade......you rock!!! 👍😍

The process was somewhat complicated but the help from Kelly, Shannon, Carli,(especially Carli)and Alisa carried us through. In spite of a very long day in the crate, Howdy was tired but in good shape when we were finally able to get him. The airline people took good care of him. Thank you to everyone who helped us welcome this sweet boy to our family.

Pawrade was fine until they got all their money... then communication stopped. I had to beg for updated pictures and I had to call the concierge line because mine never called me back. The only time I was contacted by my concierge was to tell me she was off. Not happy with the process but very happy with my puppy.

Lots of things need improvement. Concierge Service communication stands out as a frustrating experience. Very difficult to talk to the breeder. My veterinarian said my dog has been totally over vaccinated. He said I did not need much of the stuff you encouraged your clients to buy.

The process of receiving our puppy was surprisingly quick given he was coming from Indiana. The team from Wags On Wheels were amazing when they delivered our new family member!
