Purchase Process was smooth all the way through delivery. Unfortunately our puppy came with a contagious parasite. We've now spent nearly $300 in medication and have to force it down the throats of our existing dogs & the new puppy nightly. And they hate the syringes of medicine often spitting it out all over the floor.

Great puppy but i think she came from a puppy mill. Pawrade is a great idea with some nice people working there but the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. There are way too many people involved, you should have one contact, not 5. There is no trust when it comes to the client. I was out $3000, gave you a copy of my license, 4 digits of my ss# , and I signed a 10 page contract with some very questionable items in it and I was treated like you were the ones putting yourself on the line. All in all a good outcome inspite of pawrade. I would definitely not recommend Pawrade

Overall very pleased with Pawrade. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Expectations on the process were clear and defined. My pup experienced a bit of a delay due to a heath concerns and I would have like a bit more pro-active interaction during the dela). I would also like to see an app where you can set up an account to communicate a bit easier with the liaisons once you have purchased your puppy.
